1 Star because I can't give AERO Stars
June 15, 2023

Feverup uses false advertising and deceptic trade practices to entice consumers to buy tickets to their events. They advertise concerts and state that you will enjoy an evening with the artist. Here is what they say about an event tonight... "Concert Under The Stars is bringing the excitement of live music to the best rooftop venue in Tampa. On this evening of talented musicianship, you'll enjoy a night of Jimmy Buffett accompanied by stunning views from the rooftop of the Stars at Jimmy's on the Edge in Tampa - Clearwater Beach
Tickets for Jimmy Buffett Under The Stars at Jimmy's on the Edge in Tampa - Clearwater Beach"
NOWHERE do they tell you that you will NOT get to see Jimmy Buffett. A friend told me yesterday that Feverup hires local musicians to play the music OF Jimmy Buffett, IN TRIBUTE to him. But Feverup NEVER discloses that fact to anyone on their website or advertising.
When I found out and demanded a refund, I was told NO REFUNDS.

After trying to purchase tickets for an event, my money was held and I did not recieve any tickets. Customer service made it seem as though it was my issue and that my email must be different. I was then later told my payment was declined, only to be shown a screenshot of an authorized payment. DO NOT USE! Live chat does not work also within the app.

Terrible robot-like customer service and scammy practices. Don't bother contacting them because all you'll get when you've made a mistake is "sorry to hear that but [f-you] we're [going to do f-all to make your life miserable]". RUN like heIl if you see the event is ticketed by them.

Want to upgrade your ticket? F-NO
Want to change your tickets? F-Yes just pay MORE booking fees

They basically can't do anything and won't do anything unless more is paid, much like those dirty cops in corrupted developing countries you hear in stories

I bought tickets for April 13th Titanic exhibit in LA. It was for my 11 year olds bday. We would NEVER had traveled to LA for any other reason except to see this exhibit. We bought tickets on the website and flew to LA to celebrate his bday. The night before the exhibit we received an email that the event was cancelled with no reason given. I got online (Yelp) to discover that the exhibit had left LA over a month before yet we were still allowed to buy the tickets! Even after they sent the cancellation email, it would have still allowed us to book the following day online to an event that was no longer there. I have since sent all my travel expenses to them and expect a reimbursement - what a poorly run company! Don't use them! I have heard similar experiences from others as well. It is a shame because I had heard good things about the exhibit. Hopefully a better company will sell the tickets and stop scamming people.

The WORST experience!
April 23, 2023

The WORST experience that I have ever experienced with a booking agent in Australia. Don't trust them! Be very careful people. This company do not honour their Terms of Use for tickets. Their communication is unsatisfactory and do not send confirmations or communicate until the last minute or after the event. They trick customers or they like to think they do and they do not want to help customers. Their Customer service team are not capable to action simple requests - imagine that in a world like today. The whole tone of this company and their team is antagonistic towards customers. They waste customer's time instead of helping them.

I bought a ticket for Van Gogh Immersive experience. I received a purchase confirmation notification via email, with a QR code and Ticket iD. However, my Fever app account under 'Ticket', was empty. On the day of the event, I was unable to validate my ticket using the QR code in my purchase confirmation email. What a disappointment!

I wrote to Fever on the same day of the event regarding my encounter. The hotline staff managed to ask me to re-install my Fever app saying it could be due to a technical glitch. There after, I followed the instructions and was able to see my Ticket in my account with the text 'available', meaning no validation was applied yet, though the event date is over by 1 day.

I asked for either a refund or reschedule my event date since in their T & C, it stated I could request for a refund or reschedule ticket date within 48 hours, counting from the event date.

Yet a reply came saying my ticket has been validated and there is nothing they could do now.

I wondered who is the impersonator who has validated my ticket on my behalf? Or is it the Fever App troubleshoot team did the validation on their system just to close my case?

To date, I am left high and dry, nothing resolved after paying for the Ticket.

I am more afraid that the Fever App lacked the security and my account could be hacked and someone could be impersonating me to attend the event. Would I dare to buy future ticket using this app? Definitely no till they do something about it.

An email notification was also sent to me asking me to give feedback on the event experience, They assumed I have attended.

When I clicked on the survey link, cos was curious to see what happened next, an error messages popped up indicating is an insecure site. I did not proceed of course.

This Fever App is so vulnerable and the customer service support is so inefficient. The staff tried to find an easy way out to quickly close my case and took no responsibility for the 'technical glitch' as confirmed by the online support staff.

The Live Chat function was also having issue. Before I could type a line, the app kept prompting my session is expired. After a few attempts and with the same error message, I gave up.

A very unpleasant experience and the Fever App is definitely unsafe to use.

Booking Fees are a Scam!
March 31, 2023

When booking tickets, I came across their $5 per ticket booking fee. I tried to find a way to buy tickets directly with the venue or over the phone to avoid the fee, but no luck. After a family emergency, we had to change the date. The only way to change the date is to cancel your tickets and buy new ones - NOT AN EXCHANGE. When cancelling the original tickets, it was not clear that I would not be refunded for the booking fees. It was also not clear that I would be charge a 2nd time for switching to the new date. When I realized this, I chatted with a customer service agent who told me it was too late because I had already cancelled the original tickets and there was no way they could credit the booking fees on the new date. 25% of my total was booking fees alone! What a scam!

We used Fever to purchase west end show tickets in London. Our card was charged 69 per person x 5 and we received tickets in our app. We arrived to the location advised by fever 15 min before the show and they refused to let us on since Fever didn't send over our reservation. We tried contacting fever and they said they would give us a refund and it has been impossible to get someone to respond or issue a refund. It was our group and another group of ladies in the lobby that were not allowed to get into the show. Fever collects the money but then needs to confirm the reservation with the venue and they failed to do that. Book your tickets direct and do not use Fever.

My purchased and paid for event tickets for Titanic L.A. Have now cancelled for the 3rd time without even any explanation as to why. I have had to rearrange my schedule 3 times. Once in February and twice this month because of this. I actually flew home from an important family issue just to see the exhibit and then the tickets cancelled for the 2nd time. Now it is the 3rd time. This company FEVER is horrible! I still want to see the exhibit but I can not figure out when a better time/day would be to book and the run is almost over. Very frustrating and time wasting!

Disappointing Concert
March 5, 2023

The picture used to showcase the candle-lit venue is not representative of the actual concert settings. We were in a large temple and the stringed quartet was barely visible from our seats. (We were about 10 from the front). Many of the candles were not lit. The microphone they passed between the musicians did not project and so our group could not understand anything that was said. It sounded like nonsense.

A couple of the Queen arrangements were not well done/suited for strings. Some were beautiful.

Our group rated the experience 6-7 on the way home. It did not live up to our expectations, and we did not think it worth the price ($50).

Parking at the temple was easy and cheap.

Poor customer service
March 2, 2023

Had to change an event date (with enough advance notice). First they said that's fine and they can give me a voucher to reschedule. But then they kept asking me to reconfirm via email because I used my personal email address for communication and the back and forth delays inherent in email caused the event date to pass (two days later, over a weekend) and they refused the voucher. So I lost $100 due to their bureaucracy, lack of quick response, and poor customer service.

Make sure you certain of the date and time you want to go when you are reserving in advance because they will not reschedule or refund you the money. Valentine's Day special dinner was on the 10th instead of the 14th, we accidentally missed the date, no refunds, no rebooking, nothing. Shame on them. Reserved for 2 people at $100 a person.

I tried purchasing tickets for an event using a 30% off promo code that was only available for 24 hours on 2/14. However, when I tried to purchase tickets on 2/14, the code was unavailable. That night, I wrote customer service and sent them timestamped screenshots, proving I was trying to make the purchase during the time frame, and they replied the next day telling me the window for the coupon had closed. When I replied saying I understand the window for the coupon has since closed however I was initially trying to purchase the tickets during the appropriate time, they didn't reply to me. After downloading their app to call their customer service rep, I was told that the window for the coupon has closed and there's nothing they can do. When I tried explaining that offering a coupon code that doesn't work is a scam, all they said was Fever is a ticket company with events all over the world and to read their reviews on TrustPilot. I know I'm not the only person with this issue because I saw someone else comment on an ad for the coupon code on Instagram saying the code wasn't working. All in all, I would say that while Fever may be a ticket company with events all over the world - they are trying to scam people using fake coupon codes.

Booked Tickets on glitchy app. Given tickets with the wrong date. Unable to get exchanged. Explained the situation and was given a generic response. Also, no upfront and clear information stating that the tickets were non refundable or transferable. Completely ignored about error. Which by the way was not my own as I also made sure it was checked by others before booking to avoid mistake.

Have asked for it to be escalated and have been ignored. During a cost of living crisis £98 is a huge amount of money. I saved for this and now have nothing in return. Apart from worse mental health, a lighter bank balance and a huge feeling of hopelessness.

Copying and pasting Terms and Conditions instead of dealing with or attempting to resolve an issue was abysmal service. I feel that not only my rights as a consumer have been regarded but also as a vulnerable human being.

I will be pursuing this further as no one should have to go through this.

Where is the care?!

Now after sending this through to the email address this still has not been resolved. The only response received was to thank me for the feedback without a resolution to my problem.

Awful customer service- cheaters!
February 15, 2023

I purchased 3 tickets for the Flamenco Show in Dubai.
The show was nothing as described. We expected a Flamenco show. The show started with a French song. Then arabic songs?! Also the singer's voice was so annoying that we had to leave after a few songs when she started screaming.it was unbearable. It was a theatre performance with the elements of Flamenco, but not a flamenco show. The male dancer was so stiff and unemotional. This whole THING was so unpleasant to watch. Everyone started leaving and people were demanding refund. I see why. I want the refund too for this badly promoted and wrongly sold event with untalented performers.

I asked for refund and this is the reply I got:
Hi Victoria,

Thank you very much for your review and comment.

Providing a great service is very important to us and your suggestions always help us to improve.

We're in the process of sharing your opinion with our partners, so that they can take it into account and keep making improvements as well.

As you can see in our Terms of Use, our policy is that tickets can't be refunded, changed or modified.

We really hope to see you enjoying future events and to hear about your positive experiences.

Thanks for using Fever!

By Candlelight Concerts SCAM!
January 25, 2023

The by candle light concert is what my husband and I attended just last week. The advertising for the concert was a lie. They portray the concerts as being full blown or done by professionals. Let me just tell you, I've heard high schoolers play better than these four adult. Right just four instead of the advertised symphony. Downright scam. It's was embarrassing too. The feedback in the speakers was so bad that we couldn't hear what the people were saying everytime they decided to talk...which by the way was after EVERY SONG. Not only did they suck at talking, but they were awkward and had very long pauses.

The candles everywhere in a cool building is enticing and it was pretty, but the performance was an embarrassment and unbearable to listen to.

They came out to the stage and didn't tune with each other. It was a string quartet. They were off the WHOLE TIME. Not to mention the fact that they were all playing at their own tempo. It was so bad to.sit sit through a 60minute concert of stringed instruments that scratched off key the whole time. It was a horrible tribute to Honz Zimmer.

They had trouble adjusting their stands and instead of being ready to go right away, they came out to the stage and took a solid 3-5 min setting up...heck, that's when the concert was supposed to begin.

The one guy couldn't play in tempo and refused to blend with the others. And the other guy on the other violin didn't even have a neck rest. He was literally using a rag... that's right a RAG!?!

WORSE CONCERT I'VE EVER BEEN TOO. We payed $60.00 a seat and the event was worse than a high school performance.
