I clicked on an ad for the Van Gough Exhibit in my city snd purchased 3 tickets, a few days before our event I looked up the address of the event on the tickets snd they were for a city on a different state I emailed them and explained the situation expecting a refund. I immediately purchased new tickets for the correct city and we attended the event. I spoke with Jeff the General Manager and also two of the staff while attending the event about the event, they said there have been several issues with the app and this was not the first time this happened. They all assured me I would get a refund. FEVER has REFUSED to return my money!
Greedy lying scammers! I live in AZ and the app gave me tickets in CA!
Booked an event listed for 6th oct. Noticed today the date on the tickets was different and showing 4th Oct. Got in touch to query...resuling in the cancelling my tickets.! Customer service is awful! Avoid avoid avoid

When trying to buy 2 tx to Titanic Exhibit in LA their website erroneously double charged me and they would not refund me the 2nd charge despite all my calls and written requests. Their website and customer service are terrible. Buy at your own risk.

The Haunted Tavern: A Dark Pop-Up Cocktail Experience - Minneapolis. We went to this last night at the Gale mansion in MPLS. The tickets were over $50. Each. The drinks were tasty, although extremely small (like 4-6 oz cups). The venue was pretty, however we could only stay in one over packed room and didn't get to explore the Mansion at all. There were about 15 more people than they had table and chair space for so our group ended up getting put in chairs that they had to scrounge up, sitting in the back, in a row, behind all the tables. Nobody seemed to care. Nobody appologized. All the tables were packed in.
Hello, Jennifer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please reach us at [email protected] so we can properly assist you.
Be really careful with this company. They will scam you. Buyer beware.
Bought 2 tickets to an event. Confirmed the date. Even have an email from them confirming the date in my cart. Purchased the ticket, the date was wrong.
As soon as I got notified, I contacted customer service via email. I was told there was nothing they could do. I explained and showed pictures that it was their website that messed up. They are now sending automated replies.
It'd cost them nothing to change the dates. They know it was their fault.
So, buyer beware
Hi Andrew. We regret to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case. Regards.
I received an discount code for a specific event through email. Thought it would be fun to go with some friends and we finalize the date/time we wanted to go to.
Once I tried to use the code, it didn't work. I reached out via "Contact us" and there is apparently an expiration date on these codes! No where on the email communicated anything about the codes expiring at a certain date.
For a company trying to get into events/booking, this is a terrible look.
Hi Jay! Thank you very much for your feedback. We will make sure to forward it to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward.
Their customer service is beyond terrible.
They're unwillingness to help is uncanny. You made a mistake? Sorry we'll do absolutely nothing to help you.
Upgrade your ticket? F-No
Reschedule we'll within then48 hr requirement? Sure, just pay an extra booking fee
Are we going to help you with the booking fee? NOPE.
Can you speak with a supervisor when you request to? F NO The reps will just copy and paste the same email over and over and over to you. I will never return to another FEVER ticketed event and bet that my experience will be shared with everyone I encounter on every social media platform.

Deceptive advertising for ticket prices. The $5 booking fee - PER TICKET - is ridiculous. The booking fees add up to nearly an entire ticket for a family of four. You are not offering any service for those 4 tickets - the effort, resources, technical support, etc are the same for 1 ticket as they are for 4 or 10 or 20. It's just a way to get money for not doing anything. If there was any other option to get tickets for the event we booked, I would do it. It would almost be worth taking the risk tickets wouldn't be available at the box office rather than buying online using this company.
Hello Kyle! Thank you very much for your feedback. We will make sure to forward it to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward :)
Paid for 5 tickets ($94) for the Lego exhibition and thought the booking fee was $5. Well, it was actually $5 per ticket. Whatever, we really wanted to see the show. They booked a 9:00AM time slot for us that we didn't actually want, and when we went to change the time slot (which they said they support), they cancelled the original tickets, but couldn't refund the money. They said we needed to use a voucher to change the time in their app.
We downloaded the app and changed the time slot to 10:30AM, when they hit us with another $25 booking fee because we were changing times. They didn't tell us that we'd have to pay a booking fee again to change the time prior to cancelling the initial tickets, otherwise we would have just kept the original time slot as it was only 1.5 hours difference. We thought it was ridiculous to pay $50 in booking fees for $94 in tickets, so we said no thanks and tried to get our original tickets back.
Well, they said those tickets are cancelled and that we'd need to pay another $25 booking fee to get the original time back. So either way we have to pay $50 in booking fees for $94 in tickets. We tried to get a person on the phone to talk about the situation, but they didn't support phone calls.
If you can avoid using this ticket vendor, I'd advise you to stay away. I don't want others to have the same experience I did, so I'm going to contact the Lego Exhibition about the situation with a link to other bad experiences on this website.
The other reviews tell the same story over and over again.
Hello Tom. We regret to hear that our servoce did not meet your expectations. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department so they take them into account moving forward. Regards.
I booked two tickets AT THE SAME TIME for Lego Exhibition for 2:00pm, but the final tickets were sent to me for 9:00am. I tried to used their change procedure (which is only available on phone, not laptop) and they split the credit into 2, one for each ticket. And their policy is that only ONE credit could be applied for the rebooking at the correct time. So basically I was forced to purchase a third ticket, and I now have a credit floating for a limited number of days. HORRIBLE.

Unethically, Fever made us pay twice for the same tickets and refused to refund 1 set of charges. The event was only about 40% sold, so they didnt lose on amy sale. Purely, unethical business!

Customer service at the lowest possible level
You can pay for an event and even though it has been factually and undoubtedly mis sold to you they wash their hands since they are only interested in your money
Fraud by definition will be taking it further to ombudsman services

I bought 3 tickets for August 4th. When I look at the date written on the tickets it says July 28th, so I call for them to correct their error, the person on the line literally tells me that their system has made an error, but that they can't refund me because the date on the tickets has passed! The biggest fraud possible. I'm going to file a consumer protection complaint.

I purchased tickets to one of the candlelight concerts through Fever. Initially they booked the event in Oak Park IL in July at a venue with no air-conditioning! They changed the venue to one farther away and when I asked for a refund, I was told that I could only get a credit which had to be used within 30 days. We decided to spend the extra hour it took to get to the new venue. We were promised "ample parking" which I do not think included a street spot 2-1/2 blocks away. The venue only had stairs to the second floor. I temporarily wear a knee brace and getting up two flights of stairs was awkward and painful. I wonder, what would have happened if I had a wheelchair or walker? Overall, this was a poorly planned event and I will never use Fever again. Regarding the concert, while the musical selections and performances were stellar, there was too much chatter between selections. Fever, spend some money and provide a program so we can just listen to music.

Be careful! I bought VIP tickets for "Dinosaur experience" and the app has one marked for general admission by default that I did not see. When entering into the expo, the staff person made me realize about the extra purchase. I contacted FEVER and they refused to refund that extra payment. By the way, do not recommend Dinosaur Experience, either. Be careful!
Hello Adriana!

Was a few minutes late to an expensive event. They refused entry and gave us an email to request reticketing to a future event. I emailed and they refused to refund, reticket or help at all. Wow, really poor experience. Will never be going to any of their events.

I booked tickets for a concert on their website. Clicked on a particular date when I booked, but the tickets came out for another date. Contacted the customer service less than 5 minutes after purchase and realising this, and asked them to change the date to the one I planned initially. Were inflexible and said it couldn't be done. Referred simply to T&C, and even if I explained the reasons, there was no attempt to meet halfway. Not interested in customer satisfaction, obviously. Will NEVER use them again. Prefer to purchase directly tickets from the vendor, no intermediaries! And if not available, prefer not going to the event.

I feel compelled to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with Fever following a disastrous experience that ruined my 7-year-old's birthday celebration. The sheer negligence and lack of follow-up demonstrated by this company are truly unforgivable.
After driving 2 hours, filled with anticipation and excitement, we arrived at the event venue, only to be informed that it had been cancelled. The reason? According to Fever, they had supposedly sent an email months earlier notifying us of the cancellation. However, this alleged email mysteriously never reached us, and Fever failed to take any responsibility for their incompetence.
What adds insult to injury is the complete absence of any follow-up on their part to confirm the receipt of this critical email. It is simply unacceptable for a company to rely solely on the assumption that their communication has been received without any proactive measures to verify its delivery. This lack of diligence has resulted in the utter disappointment and heartbreak of my child on her special day.
Instead of demonstrating genuine concern or attempting to rectify their error, Fever offered a mere refund as a half-hearted solution. This shallow response fails to acknowledge the immense inconvenience, wasted time, and emotional distress that their negligence has caused. A simple refund does not make up for the shattered expectations and ruined birthday memories.
I implore Fever to take a hard look at their customer service practices and make significant improvements. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and empathy is appalling. They have shown a complete disregard for their customers' experiences and have tarnished what should have been a cherished celebration.
I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Fever. Their failure to fulfill their obligations and their inability to communicate effectively should serve as a warning sign. As for my family, we will not be trusting Fever with any future events, and I hope others heed this warning as well.

I changed my 4 tickets 2 hours and they charged me 2 booking fees. Then they explained that they could do nothing to help me and I couldn't speak to anyone else because calls can't be transferred.

Went to see Vivaldi's 4 Season By Candlelight at the Sacramento Railroad Museum. Great idea. HORRIBLE EXECUTION. Staff was utterly incompetent. Show delayed 45 minutes because they had issues scanning in tickets. Said "it's the first time we've tried scanning tickets like this"…"we just found out that we're switching the way we do this"…. & several other variations blaming "they" or "them" which I can only assume is Feverup. The show was "By Candlelight" but someone, probably "they" or "them" forgot curtains for the windows! So throughout the show some knucklehead on a ladder kept trying to put some dark, raggedy sheets over the windows so there were alternating streams of sunlight randomly blinding the audience. The performers tried to give a backstory about each piece and each movement in each piece but, of course, the microphone didn't work! So unless you were in the first few rows you had no idea what they were saying. And finally since the concert started so late, the restaurant we had reservations for stopped seating people before we could get. Wait, 1 more: It's our 11th wedding anniversary & I spend a lot of time on the road so we have spent nearly all of our anniversaries apart. My wife bought these tickets 3 months ago looking forward to the concert & a romantic dinner…as soon as we got to the car after the fiasco she started crying. Fever/Feverup or whatever you call yourself is a disgrace. Don't spend a dime on these idiots!

Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
