Purchased tickets for an event and the venue said they overbooked so we were not able to go in. Seemed like only tickets purchased through "Fever" were rejected! # days now, and fever has not gotten back to me.

Despite pleasantly reaching out to their customer service, I was denied even a partial refund on the basis that their policy does allow for any refunds. BUYER BEWARE, you'll never get your money back, no matter what happens.
Hello Lee! Unfortunately, as per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
Saw a black Friday sale so decided to order some tickets. I didn't see an option to put in the promo code so I clicked through thinking there would be another page. Not only was there not another page to get the black Friday deal but it processed the transaction at full price. When I reached out to customer service they told me tickets are not refundable and made no offer to honor the black Friday sale. Seems pretty scummy to offer a sale and then not have a way to redeem it.

Fever up is the online ticket service for the Harry Potter experience in Little elm Texas. Seems like it would be a great thing to take the family but pricey. I bought tickets and parking pass and on the day of my entire family came down with a very contagious bout of stomach flu. Even though we felt okay enough to make the 6:15 scheduled time, as a responsible person I could not allow us risking getting everybody else sick including the performers because of how contagious the stomach flu is. So I simply reached out not asking for a refund at all just asking for a reschedule since they have several dates 2 months out that are not close to being sold out. I got a simple friendly response saying they don't do any refunds or changes. This makes ridiculous since and is a policy that is in place out of pure greed. The issue is is that I will never go to a performance or purchase tickets for any event if it is fever up that is the ticket broker because this is an absolute PR nightmare for wonderful performance artists everywhere. If it was a once a year performance or they were only doing it in one time at a location would be totally understandable but there is zero reason for a 3-month event with plenty of openings to not even work with me at all because of illness. Now I will be leaving a review, an honest and true review, everywhere I can and hopes that it will hold back people from experiencing what my family did and resulting in fever or the Harry Potter experience performance team losing enough money to where the policy might change and I can come back and leave a positive review. When will customer service be a priority instead of an unnecessary burden for these companies? If I were a performance group I would never use fever up to do our ticket platform. They were not rude, it is not a personal or attitude thing, it is strictly the fact that I leave positive reviews when a company has good service and I leave negative reviews when they have a chance and completely don't

0* I am completely appalled. I booked tickets in error and emailed them straight away to let them know the error. Their system actually allows customers to book past experiences and apparently, it is not at their discretion to change the date of the booking but to follow their protocol, non-refundable and non-amendable.
I booked an experience on the same day which has already passed (please see the photos attached). Booking was made at 19:31 and the experience was between 19:00 and 19:30. According to them this could have been resolved if I contacted them 48 hours before the booking, which clearly is not an option in this situation. I booked, or the system allowed me to book for an experience in the past.
Revolting experience.
It is clearly a mistake. I contacted them via email 15 min after the booking to let them know the error, no reply. I spoke to them on the phone today, and they remain adamant that the tickets cannot be amended.
I have asked several times about the entity that regulates them so I can raise the issue with them, no reply. Shocking!

Fever waitlisted a purchased ticket, lied about said ticket being charged & went back on the promise of a VIP ticket and then also of refunding my money - even though I sent proof from bank.
They are unprofessional, incompetent people who ignore proof provided, and when you call them out on it, act like they will comply only to go back on their written word!
Because of this incident I cancelled other tickets I had purchased from them. At first they said they would refund those additional tickets and then refused. They finally refunded those after a week of complaints, but still refuse to refund the waitlisted ticket.
I lost two original tickets for the original show I wanted to see since the 3rd ticket had been waitlisted. I was willing to accept losing those tickets for 1 VIP ticket as they promised for another show, but they went back on their word.
So in short, I missed the show and I'm out $109 for the tickets they charged including the waitlisted ticket. They STILL claim it is not a charged expense, even having the proof from the bank. Don't bother using them. It's not worth losing your money.

Arrive 25 mins early, for it to start 10 minutes late while they seat the groups of wasted 40 year old women. The same women who proceeded to scream sing during a strings performance by candle light in a church. They had booze bottles in their purses clinking and clanking, and dropping bottles on the floor. It was impossible to hear the show. Nothing was done, the performers actually engaged with these women and encouraged it. Everyone was looking at them in disgust. This had the potential to be amazing, it was the exact opposite. Definitely WOULD not do it again and is NOT safe for children if they are going to allow this behavior. $50 in the trash.

Avoid like the plague. Terrible company, terrible customer service! I bought vouchers for my dad for last Christmas. No expiry date when I bought them, no expiry date on the vouchers, no mention of expiry date on the website anywhere. My dad recently tried to use them and was told they've expired. I then get in touch with them to ask what's going on and they copy and paste the same reply to me, refuse to give out a phone number even though they have a london office and refuse to make the vouchers valid again even though they've broken the law by claiming they've expired when they haven't made the customer aware there's an expiry date. I still don't know when this fictional date supposedly was! Absolutely disgusting.

Last evening showed up at the venue - Chabot Space and Science Theatre for the Candlelight w/Adele music. There was no concert scheduled there at all. There were so many people that showed up to see the show. There was a family that drove 2 + hours to the concert to celebrate the father's Birthday.
This company is a scam. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and am considering filing a Small Claims. This company knows what's it's doing and they don't care. I guess they sit there laughing as people pay their money and show up to concerts that are non-existent...Shame on them. I will never buy another ticket from this company...see you in court Fever.com!

Beware of this company's inflexible policies. I noticed an error in a booking (went through for the wrong day) and they said they wouldn't change it, so now we are out the money and couldn't go to the experience. It was obviously an error and I reached out the moment I got the confirmation email. Why make it hard on customers? Really disappointed and it was a birthday gift for my husband. Looking at these other reviews I am confident this error was on the Fever platform and not me. I selected my husband's birthday and got tickets issued for a week before. So disappointed that they know of this issue and don't care.

I bought two tickets to their Candlelight Concert. There was no information about entry on the tickets besides the start time. We arrived at the venue shortly before the start time only to find that every door of the large we reached was locked. When we finally reached the ONLY entrance that was unlocked, security locked it as the concert had started. It took us almost 10 minutes to circle the entire building to find the single entry point, and at least 8 other ticket-holders were also locked out.
FeverUp denied my request for a refund because they said I "failed to attend." I was there, but FeverUp failed to communicate the single point of entry to the venue. We would not have spent 10 minutes finding the entrance and getting locked out if FeverUp had simply put the entrance information on the tickets.

This company nears to learn what customer service means.
There was an incident where we bought 8 tickets for a show. We asked if they had a group rate and they said no, so we reluctantly bought them. A couple days later we went back on the site and noticed they added a group rate that would have saved us a bunch of money.
We asked for a credit to the suddenly published group rate and they said absolutely no. They then claimed that was there the whole time. My girlfriend and I both looked at the site and neither of us remembered that being an option. Believe me, if there was that option there is absolutely no doubt we would have taken that.
All we asked is for them to give us the new lower group rate that wasn't available a couple days prior.
This is the 2nd time we had issues with Fever and I'm extremely reluctant to attend a show who sells their tickets through them again.
They are becoming the new Ticketmaster.
If you are a venue considering using Fever as your ticket vendor, please consider someone else.
As a business owner, I always bend over backwards to make sure my customers are happy. If you lower prices, customers will inevitably ask to price match your new lower price, especially if it's been a couple days. If you want happy customers, you just do it. Stop saying our terms of service this, our terms of service that. That's just a copout for companies that don't care about their customers.

We purchased tickets and PAID EXTRA to sit in the very front section and when we arrived (BEFORE the event, we were NOT late at all), the only available seats had a pole that ran from the ground to the ceiling in front of the seats which meant we would have a very obstructed view. We had no choice but to sit in the very back section to have an unobstructed view of the event. After the event, we inquired and wrote to Fever explaining the situation and they offered ZERO help. They said that they could not do anything and refund any portion of the price we paid even though it was worth over $50 since we had paid nearly $60 MORE to have seats in the front/closest section. We explained everything in detail and Fever literally did not even give a tiny ounce of consideration for this and continued to say that our inquiry is closed and that they did not see anything wrong with this at all. We paid for something that we did NOT receive obviously, NEVER AGAIN will be ever attend a Fever event and we are telling EVERYONE possible about this so that Fever doesn't continue to screw people over. We reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well. FEVER IS DISGUSTING AND IMMORAL.

I experienced a transaction failure due to an issue with the online ticket website's payment platform, which incorrectly indicated that the card had expired. As a result, the customer's funds are held by the bank for 2 weeks. The customer service is horrible. They hang up on you, refuse to resolve anything. DO NOT USE their payment system it is faulty or this company

I purchased a ticket from Fever 21 days before the event date but could not attend because I had to go on a business trip. I asked if the ticket could be rescheduled for a later concert date but they would not do it. They are an inflexible and VERY greedy company that cares only for the bottom line. BEWARE! Do not purchase tickets unless nothing ever happens or changes in your life.

Bought tickets to a lunch cruise in New York City. We left 21 minutes late and they did not give us the time back. We did not go under the 2 bridges as mentioned for the trip. We had to spend more money seeing the bridges which was the reason we bought the tickets. I requested part refund on 4 tickets and they refused. But section 4.4 of their terms and conditions state refunds are available if the event was not received. We did not get the experience we paid for. They are scammers and cannot be trusted. Beware and be aware!

Fever is a scam and highly recommend avoid using their services and platform as they quite easily take money for a experience and then on the day there is no experience, customer service overseas have no idea what is apparently going on and I cannot receive answers from their representatives. We had paid a decent amount for a so called mystery picnic experience however was never emailed or advised of any clues, locations, addresses or given tips. They simply could not tell us the location /venue of our so called mystery picnic because the correct department was not in operation at that time. It has been two days and no response on where we should go/have gone or even getting a refund. Please do not pay this entity your hard earned money as they do not give refunds (atleast not after directly asking on the phone).
EDIT BELOW -
A refund was finally provided after a week from requesting a refund. Whilst they did eventually provide a refund it is really poor business to take so long to get money back. Also when calling the general number it should be possible to speak to someone who can confirm booking details/venue locations. It creates a lot of stress when money has left our bank account and we cannot simply to talk to someone for an instant refund. Better trained staff and response rates would improve the experience.

They sold me tickets for an event that was over. When I complained they said the small print says tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. I don't believe I clicked on a wrong date but even if I did the system should not have allowed the purchase to continue for something that was over. I said I would agree to a credit but they weren't interested.

Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
