Very disappointed with the business model of buying gift cards from Fever - when you buy a gift card they cost full price, which isn't a problem. But when you use the gift card to book an event you can't use any other promotional code that Fever offer at that time so recently - I bought my wife a £60 gift card - she purchased 2 concert tickets for £70 (I had to pay another £10) had I not bought the gift card we would have been able to avail of the 20% discount on the fever site meaning the tickets would have cost £56 a massive saving of £14!
I contacted Fever who didn't help at all - do better guys - at least tell people that purchasing your gift cards in all likelihood will disadvantage the user!
My wife bought tickets to titanic in Skokie.This fever ticket service has a promo on their site stating buy 1 get one half off. It doesn't work.wrote them 6 times all they do is make excuses and try to confuse you. In the last email they say sorry promo code is not valid. WHAT? They put it up on their own site? Then they send her a code for a purchase on next visit? Who would go twice to this after going once? What a scam! Sure they advertise this to everyone and do this! What a money making scam! And false advertising! Stay away from this people!

Bought tickets to Art of Banksy. These scumbags started spamming me. I unsubscribed. Still their spam kept coming. I wrote and complained. They promised to stop. Still the spam kept coming. So I posted reviews here. They responded, asked me to email them to resolve this. I did. STILL THEY KEEP SPAMMING ME. Do NOT buy tickets from these creeps. They will NOT respect your data. They will NOT respect your privacy.

I bought a ticket to one of their shows for 1/7/24. On 1/6/24 my husband was diagnosed with COVID so I contacted fever to see if I could move the tickets to a later date. They didn't respond until after the show date had passed and said they couldn't exchange the tickets since the show had already occurred. I then asked for a refund since the FAQs for the event on their site say that under special circumstances, the tickets could be refunded. They are now vehemently saying that tickets are non-refundable under ANY circumstances, which is contrary to the posted FAQs. Also while you go through the purchase process, there's a link to their terms and conditions, which say that if you contact them prior to the event, they could exchange the tickets for another date that's not sold out. But when I contacted them, they sent me a link to ANOTHER very different terms and conditions document that say that tickets can't be exchanged. Very shady practices.

Fever offered 25% off for Luminoza show from 01/19/24 to 1/21/24 in Miami. I tried to use this discount for adult and children tickets but the offer did not work.
The customer support did not help me at all. Be careful. Discount from fever is a scam.

I wish I could give zero stars! Be very careful when you're on the fever app because what happened is that I was testing out promo codes and I had tested it out on a skydiving experience and then all of a sudden a payment had automatically went through even though I hadn't authorised it. It was a glitch in the system and I had my account details already saved on the app from when I had previously made a purchase. I didn't want to actually want to do the skydiving and wanted a refund, so then I called a few agents and they would all say the exact same thing, saying that the tickets are strictly non-refundable and the event organiser's don't allow us to issue any refunds! Also, they didn't even give me proper information about the ticket. I called the skydiving place to confirm if it was legitimate and fever gave me the wrong address, they wouldn't give me a proper time of the booking and the booking didn't even go through and wasn't on the system. They just straight up took the money out of my account even though it wasn't actually booked. RIGGED! Clearly this was not my fault. It's absolutely disgraceful that they do not give any refunds. All they care about is taking money out of your account in the most unfair ways. They should be held accountable. They're a complete mess and their practices do not many any sense at all and nothing that has been communicated with me has made sense. I ask a couple of simple questions, none of which were accurate. I say stay away from fever, unless you want a fever... They made me sick and gave me a legitimate fever. :/

This is a great example of dishonest practices. Do you treat all your customers like this? You sell them a VIP package, for no reason at all cancel their ticket, when they want to buy a new VIP package it is not available, so the remaining amount vanishes. After a slew of mails you finally issue a new voucher, but only for the event that was already attended. YOU made a mistake but your customers are the ones disadvantaged.

Do not book with this company! I purchased two tickets for the bubble experience in Toronto for January 7th 2024. The event was not ready for that date, so they gave us a voucher that expired in 60 days. The event is still not up and running and because I missed the rebooking of 60 days they have taken my money and didn't responded to my email. This is a scam and a complete money grab! Don't waste your money, they just steal it!

Two tickets purchased for an event one date, a third erroneously issued for a different date -- they won't refund the error. Looking through these reviews, doesn't seem likely any amount of email or loss of future customer will make a difference. Adding my (expensive) 1-star review and moving on.

Worst ticketing company I've ever purchased from. Customer service is only available via email and they are automated responses. Will completely invalidate your claims… seems like a company that just wants to take your money without providing quality customer experience. Shameful.

I had a horrendous experience with this company. I ordered tickets for January 4th at 17:00, but after completing the payment, the tickets showed January 2nd at 10:00 am. This timing was absolutely inconvenient as I work during that period. Shockingly, this issue seems widespread as I've found numerous reviews detailing similar incidents, which is completely unacceptable.
I attempted to resolve the matter by sending three emails, engaging in live chat conversations, and even making a phone call. Disappointingly, every interaction yielded the same response – refunds and exchanges are deemed unacceptable for their mistake.
This level of customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. It appears to be nothing short of a scam.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid purchasing from here at all costs!

An extra ticket was processed even though we deleted the cart.
We contacted them right away on the extra entry ticket and over a week later they replied they do not due partial refunds. The experience we booked said if it isn't used they don't get $ from fever. Just a way for them to take your $

Ordered tickets to the "King Tut Experience" through Fever for my father for Christmas, unfortunately he (and my daughter) became ill the night before the event date. I tried to contact Fever to see if we could reschedule or get a gift certificate.
I scoured online and the App to find a way to contact Customer Support to see if we could reschedule or get a gift certificate. The only way I could get in touch was through sending a message.
The morning of the event I hadn't received a reply and began searching again for contact info. The website stated that you could chat with a rep through the App. I followed the instructions and never found this option. Do I continued searching, after an hour I actually found a phone number.
When I finally got through to an actual person and explained my situation, he stated they would send me a message with their findings. After a couple of hours, I received an email stating " …the event organizer's policies do not allow us to issue any refunds or exchanges once the booking is made." The reply wasn't sent until the time of the event.
Had Fever's app been more user friendly, allowing me to actually talk or chat with a person, I could have transferred my tickets to someone else to use.

Dinner at Drosselmeyers & Santa's Winter Wonderland. Both WAY overpriced, hidden costs. Terrible! Then there were the mandatory tips automatically added to the final bill. Both events were $300+ for the 2 of us, and we didn't even drink! I won't be using Feverup any more. Lesson learned!

I screwed up applying the gift card our son gave us for Christmas at the time of purchasing our tickets to the Monet experience. Our credit card was charged instead. Isabel did a great job of helping us to straighten it all out. She was very professional and pleasant.

The company lied and kept the money during Christmas time after I changed a flight to accommodate the change. This company is best avoided.

Bought 2 Flex tickets for the NightGarden in Miami. I did not realized that the Flex Tix is anytime not anyday. Sent them 2 emails to change the date from 25th to 29th. Their app says 24/7 service w/ chat, email, or submit form request. But the choice to contact them is by submitting a request. No chat or phone number. They finally responded with they cannot do anything to change it although its plenty of time. I guessed its a lost for me. Please be careful with them if you used their app.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Had a question about a refund several days before the event and I understand if no refunds are allowed but they didn't even respond until many days AFTER the event. Attempts at follow ups (7 and counting) have not been responded to.

I wish I had read the reviews provided by other people on how horrible and greedy these people are. We bought group tickets to attend the Harry Potter event in Dallas with a few friends of ours. We drove 4 hours with our young kids only to be stuck in traffic just outside Dallas for another 4 hours due to a large truck accident. Our friends were already there so we gave them the tickets and they spoke to the agents at the gate who assured us that we could reach out to the customer service and they would provide us with vouchers for another day. We reached out to customer service the next day and we kept receiving a robotic response about refund policy, even though I kept telling them I wasn't looking for a refund just vouchers. I understand customer agents can't help sometimes and tickets have to be escalated to supervisors which is what I asked for, and I'd receive a response within minutes saying "no supervisor was available and they would contact me later", and then 5 minutes later the same agent would respond with "Your case was closed". Regardless to say the agents are either bots, or mindless people with a large language barrier. If anyone is reading this after searching for feverup or Harry Potter, please boycott and avoid events hosted by this company, only then will they change their attitude towards customer service.

Please beware of purchasing Candlelight Concert tickets with Fever! The experiences are different from what is described; you will be issued with the wrong band of tickets, and you will not get your money back.
