My partner and I attended the Van Gogh exhibition in London last week. We have been to similarly priced Frameless and Lightbox exhibits recently and enjoyed them very much. I went to the Van Gogh projected exhibit in Hyde Park a few years back and loved it as well. We have also booked some concert tickets with Fever Up and they were fine.
The Van Gogh exhibition was shocking for nearly £50. It looked like a college art product and we left after walking through it as fast as we could. It wasn't at all like the pictures which were incredibly misleading and we were shocked. Many online reviews which we found afterward agreed.
My partner emailed and asked for a refund. No response. I downloaded the app to request a refund on the chat- the AI can't do that and there is no real person. I called 3 times to request a refund since and even though I was told it would be sorted ASAP, nothing has happened. Then the app wasn't working at all so I couldn't log in to get the phone number to call. Found another email and emailed again 3 days ago and
I've been jovial so far and have refrained from escalating this but I will if I don't have an immediate refund. The pictures online don't look like the exhibit. This is a misrepresentation under the 2008 consumer act. It wasn't as bad as the Glasgow Willy Wonka exhibit compared to the photos but was pretty bad.

After two weeks of no response other than a holding email, immediately responded to me after this review was posted. Offered a £15 voucher for future use which isn't acceptable.
They Cancelled the event, emailed the 15 times for a refund $305.00, They Just kept giving me runaround. Filed a claim with Visa... Horrible service!
Beware

Worst company to work for. If you can avoid it at all costs, do it. The training is the absolute worst I have ever encountered, they tell you it's 3 weeks of training, lies!, they rush train you for a week and then put you to work, unsure of what needs to be done, they expect you to do the amount of calls/chats/emails as someone thats been in the company for years. It is insanity, they dont like you asking questions, and when you do and it is something they do not like, they ignore you, do not answer you at all, and im talking about HR, your Team Leader etc. All paperwork you sign is in their system (unless you are savvy enough to make copies and safe keep them, you are SOL when you are fired, because they lock you out of EVERYTHING before they tell you youre fired, even the 2 free candlelight tickets (that are rightfully yours) they give you as a "bonus" for getting hired, thats also in their system, with the company's email, so if you didnt use it, you wont get it, the weekly bonus its a joke, you will never ever ever get it, NEVER. They Pay the 27th of each month, and if you got fired before(lets say) the 27th, they ask you to refund the remaining days of the month that you got paid for, when you are salary and have sick days accumulated (which they try to not pay them out) Its a petty company and they have a huge revolving door, no one stays. They only tell you..."you are not a good fit for the company" fire you on the spot without any other explanation. Its a waste of time people... stay away...unless you want to get treated horrible, stay away.
I made a mistake with a purchase, and they initially told me that I could get a refund. Later, they said I couldn't get my money back after all, without providing any reason.
If you buy tickets for 1000 DKK and don't want them, they'll give you a voucher for 1000 DKK, but you can't get your money back.
If you then want to buy cheaper tickets for 400 DKK, you can use the voucher, but you lose the remaining 600 DKK, and there's apparently nothing you can do about it...
It's incredibly shabby, and they operate under different rules because they are foreign, even though the tickets are for a Danish show in Copenhagen.
NEVER use them.

I tried to book 3 tickets (family) but I didn't see that a "standard adult" was preselected by the system. Therefore I booked 4 tickets by mistake instead of 3. I contacted Fever immediately to cancel the additional ticket and get a refund. The answer is "tickets are non-refundable". This is unconceivable. I will avoid using their services in the future.
UPDATE: don't be fooled by Feverup's reply below: they asked me to contact them; I did it and they do not reply.

(re: Fever Regal pass/voucher purchase) When trying to convert the voucher ahead of time from home, Regal was still charging me much more than they should have--to the point where it was cheaper not even to have bought the Fever ticket voucher. So I went to the theater to use the on-site method of redemption. That didn't work because the kiosk couldn't handle it, and instructions for that did NOT go according the usage email. In the end, I saved only saved a few bucks, if that. Terrible system. Just buy your ticket at the theater. What a waste of time and money.

The show was fantastic but the organizer which is FEVER will give you fever on how they organized the show, they advertised that VIP ticket holders will have the opportunity to meet and greet the performers after the show but no one from Fever came forward and guide the guest to do so! They instead hurriedly herded everyone out of the venue after the show to give way for the next show! Pure incompetence really! Will never buy from this people again.

Bought a ticket for dining in the dark for 190 dollars, showed up in march and were told the event had not started yet and was not scheduled to begin for a while. Looked at our ticket and realized it said May (or so we thought as Americans because it said 5/3/2024). Figured we got the date wrong and were told by the hostess to come back in may. Come may, and they tell us the event was in march and they don't do refunds. Absolute waste of money. Don't have a ton of extra money to spend at the moment and figured I'd splurge a bit since I've been working hard and the event looked fun. Extremely disappointed by lack of customer service and humanity.

Disgraceful customer service. I booked tickets for myself and two children for the Lego exhibition in London. We could not get to London due to our trains being cancelled due to a fallen tree on the line. I have given Fever clear evidence of this and asked if we can swap to another date. They have refused, would not entertain a goodwill gesture. I have two very upset children and I'm out of pocket. We are all very disappointed. Will not use Fever again.

I and my two children were given a £100 giftcard as a Christmas present. This was in the form of a Personalised card with photos on it and a reference number to use on the app. When we tried to book tickets the voucher was not recognised. Having contacted via email and phone, customer services point blank said the gift cards are 12 months only. As the recipient nothing is printed on the card to say this. They insisted it is on the email sent to the purchaser, but obviously that's not me. I simply received the gift card which shows no expiry.
They would absolutely under no circumstances extend the voucher for us to be able to use it. So disappointing for my two children who had looked forward to finally doing something. Please be aware that if you buy a gift card from this company it is time limited to 12 months, otherwise you've lost your money. I'd say stick to giving cash to relatives rather than one of their gift cards. I really wouldn't recommend this company. Customer Service is dire.

Do not use this this company, use their competitors.
Their customer service never replies and they absolutely do NOT care about their customers.
They bombard you with marketing after you buy tickets, and their unsubscribe does not work. Never signed up to it in the 1st place.
If 1 person in a group can make the event due to illness or family matters, they only care about their money nothing more. Even the user experience on their website is crap.

Warning: Avoid purchasing tickets from Fever. I paid $350 on 6 tickets.Their platform automatically selects the most expensive ticket, which I failed to deselect.I accidentally purchased a 7th ticket at a VIP price of $89. Totally $420. Immediately, I contacted their support to explain the mistake.Unfortunately, they cited their terms and conditions, refusing a partial refund.Their solution? Cancel all tickets and issue a $420 voucher. Surprisingly, they couldn't provide a voucher for the $89 ticket. Despite my efforts to negotiate, they remained inflexible. Saying do whatever you want. It's up to you. Be vigilant of their auto-toggle feature - but avoid them at all costs!
Can anyone offer solutions to this? If I issue a credit card dispute, can Chase Bank do anything about it?
Hi, Dynaerys. We emailed you offering you a suitable solution. Please, we're waiting a response from you of this email with reference number 11478677.
We purchased tickets to an incredible event (Candlelight Concert covering Coldplay and Imagine Dragons) and Mario helped us to our seats - front and center! The Wakefield Barn in Raleigh was magical. We can't recommend this event enough!
Thank you for such a positive review, Pilgrim! We're thrilled to hear that your experience with us has been this positive :)
I was in Chicago for one weekend and booked 4 tickets for Titanic Museum for 3/24 sunday. I was told on Fever app that I could change dates by cancelling the original dates and rebooking for Saturday 3/23. When I cancelled original tickets, there was no availability for Saturday AND I couldn't rebook my original tickets. Fever says it sucks to be me and Im out $134. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I encourage everyone with a similar experience to do the same.

This company is unethical, immoral and I can't believe it hasn't been shut down. Absolute scam. Don't waste your money booking with them, if you make a mistake you won't get your money back. There's such a thing called human error yet this company will happily take your money and also the customer service assistant was beyond rude and talked over the top of me the entire time. I'm shocked and appalled, don't waste your money

Fever's customer service is awesome - they have tons of ways to connect you with a rep for help. Plus, the follow-up emails include a transcript of your conversation and invite you to ask more questions if needed. Awesome service!
Thank you for your 5-star review, Marco! We're happy to hear that our agents were able to assist you to your satisfaction :)
Be aware when you buy tickets that the company makes no exceptions when you can't make the event. I bought tickets to the Pink Floyd Tribute candlelight concert as a birthday present for my 91 year old mom. On my way to pick her up, my car broke down. Before I even called the tow truck, I emailed Fever that I couldn't make the concert. I asked that if a refund couldn't be given, could we get a credit towards another concert. I said I could provide the tow receipt, the mechanic receipt, even a picture of the car getting towed as proof of the incident preventing us from getting to the concert. They emailed back 2 days later and said no refunds, no credits. So 2 seats went empty and the company still took my money. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Absolutely horrible, I went to a show and had bought an extra ticket and needed it refunded ( I also would have been ok with a credit) and TWO of their employees said feverup does that no problem & now I'm in a back and forth argument with customer service because they said they would do ANYTHING about the $70 I have now lost out on!
Hello Estela! As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
Husband covid + 7 days; negative at 48 hrs, positive again 24 hrs before Monet. Wouldn't reschedule.

FeverUp is a worldwide events promoter/organizer that hosts some of the silliest events with relatively poor performances at exorbitantly high prices and then provides terrible customer service. Even though you'll have timed ticketed events, you'll find long lines, poor organization, poor flow, and that you are not getting your money's worth. And if you try to get help, their customer service is horrible.
Hello Michael! We regret to hear that your experience with us has not been the best. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department so they take them into account moving forward. Regards.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
