Seems easier to find help this way but when we actually apply we get no where. We purchased a supposedly well maintained home nearly 4 years ago only to end up out of savings and maxed out on credit cards due to very poor maintenance of this home. The former owners did shoddy work and we've paid for all of the repairs. Our final steps needed are to have a 20 x 40 foot outdoor pool excavated and a new AC/Furnace Unit installed. At that point our home should appraise for about 275,000. Or more.

Even though all the information I entered was allegedly for verification only, and my 'privacy is taken seriously', I was immediately called by Loan Depot.
This looks like a scam to get my personal information... it led me to believe that I would see the loan savings immediately without having to deal directly with predatory lenders... this makes me angry!
Would like to confirm it when I actually get some good deal, in this regard, from a sincere & fair-attitude dealer.
