So far it has been very good but I would like more information.
You've only given speculation, there can be no rating until final figures are presented. Right now its only information for possible lenders, and that's all. Two stars is generous at this stage.
I did not want to be contacted, I expected an answer from your app. Now I will have to deal with annoying calls from places I have already talked to. They can't lower my current 2.75% loan rate.
Fairly standard questionnaire. Nothing made me flinch or feel bullied, etc.
I want to remodel and also put sm. Apt upstairs for extra income.
I was immediately called by a lender. I had not finished reading anything and I felt like I was put on the spot for something that I was curious about.
I did not know until too late that I will be harassed by these lenders.
The Ad is clickbait and a waste of my time. Stop it!
Easy so far but we will see if they can still help since I am currently in bankruptcy and bad credit
I had a over 100.000 $Morgage at rate 4.25 an now for same amount you want to chhg me over 200$ more? Why an this is for home employment
A little misleading from the beginning and then my personal information is given by you to to others for marketing purposes even if I don't go through with what you're offering. Also it's misleading because it makes you input your info in the guise of "seeing if your property qualifies for this program."
You specifically said "pay off" my mortgage not refinance. Classic bait and switch.
I did not receive information or an estimated dollar amount on potential mortgage payment savings. Instead, I got three lender links and mysterious, but obvious sales call afterwards. I could have googled that crap and made calls myself, had I known that Fetharate would only provide this extremely small amount of guidance or information. I was curious, but no further steps will be taken since your ad is not transparently honest. Have a great day and please lose my information. Thanks in advance.
Lies and disseat in your advertising verses what is real. I have already posted on line to stay away from Ameri-Save as being dishonest. So sad the world has people like you.
There has not really been any experience so far that I can rate only the input of information. So with more input I guest from a lender I will be in a better position to rate
Don't need to involved with phone calls. I look what I can do.
I didn't realize this was just another advertisement for lenders to generate more business. I really thought the State of Illinois was doing something good for it's residents.
First page indicated I would not receive sales calls, only to find the whole process was leading up to a bunch of sales calls. And, I never received any information that was promised about "how much I could save" or any other numbers/values to back up the whole reason I entered all my information! Another marketing scam... sigh.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
