Trying to find options to get out of chapter 13. If we could cash out equity, we could payoff any lingering outstanding debt, & pay our mortgage.
The results were as we expected. It seems there is no help for people that have experienced a hardship of out type.
Biggest issue is no one will help us due to bankruptcy, we have plenty of equity in our home, if we could raise the equity out we could get out of debt.
While I waiting for a reply. I have the optimism to expect that someone will help me through the challenges I'm going through.

Did not expect telephone calls so quickly. Have the courtesy and send an email to introduce yourself first. Then tell the homeowner a little bit about the program and wait to see if they call you back.
