I thought by clicking on the site as stated, I would find out if I qualify for a reduced rate. Now I will have all types of lenders calling me, not happy.
I got a call before I was done typing. Way too soon.
I have filled out my information on half a dozen sites like this.
The only thing I ever got was phone calls day and night. Nobody wants a old house. Someone will get around to you, for a million dollars or more.
The "grab your attention" line states you can see if you qualify for this program. But all you do is send me to a bunch of lenders who can't match my loan rate but want to offer "other" stuff that doesn't make it any better. Why can't you just say "this is what you qualify for and here is how you get it"?
I am looking to lower my monthly house payments we're senior
Citizens with limited income
Thanks for providing the information - I am trying to contact
The lenders for help - Arthur DSouza 513-984-1457 - thanks
I'm surprised. I hope there no tricks on down the road.
Simple and easy quesions & made it easy to get through the first process of possibly re-financing our mortgage costs
I need data on how to reduce mortgage by $ 150,000.00 as you have advertized
If this is a come on to get lender chasing me, it is a scam, I will report to autorities
I hope this only ends up getting me information or calls about the discounted 15 yr loan at discounted rates as advertised. I can not afford a higher payment, and am only interes in what was advertised. Saving alot of interest, 15 yr lone, possibly a small cash out. I already have a super low rate compared to current rates and do not want a single call from lenders about loans that are not whatwas advertised by the add that.
Please do not jump down my throat. I am initiating this on the computer and the phone is already ringing.
I wanted to find out about the government program. All you did was direct me to refinance
Phone rang before l hit last button. Need time to talk to wife. Exp.on A SUNDAY.
You immediately sent out our information to lenders when I was under the impression that this was something that the government was doing. Now I'LL GET A MILLIONS phone calls from cheap lenders that I don't need to get.
I am having to put in a new furnace and air conditioner. The guy I talked with wanted to give me $10,000 to do it so that is why I stuck to it but it is awful high!, 236.09.
I only seen a note about getting your home price cut half into.
I am not worried.
There was an online announcement for reducing monthly payment amounts if I have never missed a mortgage payment; my expectation for this is different from refinancing.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
