I thought by clicking on the site as stated, I would find out if I qualify for a reduced rate. Now I will have all types of lenders calling me, not happy.

The only thing I ever got was phone calls day and night. Nobody wants a old house. Someone will get around to you, for a million dollars or more.
The "grab your attention" line states you can see if you qualify for this program. But all you do is send me to a bunch of lenders who can't match my loan rate but want to offer "other" stuff that doesn't make it any better. Why can't you just say "this is what you qualify for and here is how you get it"?
I have not finished the process yet but everything looks good so far.
