Delayed 3 times so far

Wasted my 3 days waiting for the delivery. Fedex ground should not send customer delivery schedule 3 am in the morning and then cancel at 8 pm when the shipment is a furniture that cannot just left on the street in commercial district.

Who knows how many more false delivery alerts and wasted days till I get my delivery?

FedEx is the worst delivery service that exist. When I tell you that I have had more than one horrible experience, I ABOLUTELY MEAN IT! FedEx dropped my first package off at someone else home, then told me it was because it didn't have a apartment number on it. Well if that was the case, why was it dropped off at someone else home? After 10 phone calls, a customer service rep said," Im not suppose to tell you this, but this is the address where your package was dropped off at". I wrote down the address, and went to that house and knocked on the door. A woman came to the door, and I asked her if she had my package, and she gave it to me. That was a very dangerous move, and I asked FED EX to go back and retrive it, but they refused and was very rude. The second time I ordered from Walmart, and they used FEDEX, which I did not know. They told me via email, and phone that I would be receiving my package on the 5th of December, then the 6th, them the 7th, and Now the 8th. I was also told that they were so backed up that they don't know when I would receive it. So I couldn't even plan to e home from work to receive it. Just a total nightmare! So if you order something, do not use FEDEX good luck.! I about to cancel my order altogether.

PAY PEOPLE. People need jobs. All this automated system does is irritate people. It has NEVER been helpful. This has been an issue for years. I specify to companies to NOT ship with FedEx due to their lack of consideration and the lack of simple communication. Embarrassing.

Wrong Address and Don't Care

This is the third time that I placed a order with Walmart and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and I'm sick of it. They actually don't care either. I was told to walk my neighborhood and ask a few neighbors if they had my package by mistake. Are you serious! Very unprofessional. Walmart doesn't give you any options about the carriers for shipping your packages but I wish they would because I would NEVER USE FEDERAL EXPRESS ( FedEx). Thank goodness for Walmart refund policy or I would constantly be ripped off by drivers that can't read street signs.

I ordered from Walmart never order from Walmart unless you order several weeks out. My package has been delayed for over a month! FedEx is the worst company I have ever seen when it comes to package delivery. Not only are they always delaying but on every occasion they leave my packages at the front of my apt building! Not at the door Not in the office but randomly out on the porch! I have had 5 packages stolen and they can only say did you have some type of insurance on the item? They are the worst! I'm disabled I don't leave my apt why do they leave my packages randomly on the porch?

What's the point of paying $100 for Express Shipping if the driver is going to claim that he made a delivery attempt and my cameras clearly show no such attempt made at that time. Fedex will also leave your packages, even expensive ones such as computers, outside on the stoop on a very busy street where it could be easily stolen! See the attached video where the fedex driver dumps a $1200 computer outside my CLOSED business and the proceeds to THROW the neighbor's package onto the porch. Unbelievable!

This service has to quit the delivery arena. Especially here in North Carolina. Every time I see that my package left the FedEx location, I follow the delivery online. This time was the last time I purchased something with the FedEx delivery. Some idiot-driver picked up my package from the Pineville location and delivered to a different address in Indian Trail. Took a picture with my small but very expensive perishable package on the tope of some big box delivered to that address. I received the picture of the small porch of people who received my box and never bothered to bring it to me - the address was mine on that package! And I got the notification that my package was delivered. Great! I called customer service and they immediately filed the claim of missing package. Seriously? What is this? A stone age? Why don't you immediately contact the driver who responsible for the wrong delivery? He has a picture and he knows what address he delivered my package to. Later, I received a couple of automatic messages to my phone that my missing package is under investigation. Don't bother. There were perishable food products there and probably have been already eating by people who got it. To my question who will pay my $200 back, the customer service said that they will send a check to the seller. Ha-ha-ha! Why to the seller, if I am a buyer who didn't get the purchase! I have contacted the seller and we both now will be patiently waiting to resolve this stupid pre-Christmas "gift" from FedEx. Stay away from this service. Use Amazon or companies that use UPS and USPS. P.S. I gave them a call today to be sure that the value of my box was filed correct. Really? They just filed missing package sort of to find it. Oh, my... So, the girl of cs fulfilled the completely new form that I claim my money back. I don't know who owns this company, but whoever it is, understands NOTHING in business and in delivery services.

Spent $70 for overnight delivery. Fedex delivered the package, carelessly, to *** Avenue instead of *** Circle, as addressed. Recipient lived in a new development duplex, so I understand that getting this right may have had a level 5/10 difficulty. But it's Fedex, right? What could go wrong...

Long-story-short, these guys delivered a pack the the wrong address. The problem is what follow afterwards...
1. I notified their customer service of the error within 10 minutes.
2. Customer service said he didn't have a way to contact the driver.
3. Their "investigation" yielded no result.
4. The Fedex store I shipped it from said it had nothing to do with them.
5. Customer service said that I had to fill out a form online and that they could not take the claim, like I'm Fedex's contract secretary and have nothing better to do.
6. Filed the complaint online. After a week claim was denied, stating that they had determined the package was delivered to the correct address.

Moreover, FedEx has devolved into a drastically overpriced cluster with no accountability whatsoever at any level. I will never, never, never use Fedex again for any reason. I'll be at my local post office, where postal workers at least seem to care about my pakage as much as I do. UPS? Also fine.

Deliberately unaccountable, entitled bunch of overhyped morons that fully deserve to be chewed up and spit out by the coming recession.

I ordered a package Saturday specifically because it was free 3 day shipping and I needed it ASAP. Was supposed to be delivered today. It's been out for delivery for the last 16 hours and now it's delayed. I called customer service and the agent could barely speak English let alone help me. Told him I'd never use FedEX again and his response was "have a nice day". Screw your service.

Each and every time one of my retailers send me packages through Fed Ex I never have a successful delivery. The drivers lie and say they attempted delivery because they are backed up. They also have you waiting an entire day instead of giving an estimated set of hours to expect package. They leave packages at your door even if you live in a multi family building. They do not ever follow delivery instructions. O and let me not forget its terribly hard to speak with a customer service rep because of the IVR. Once you do get an agent the agent have no power when it comes to delivery instructions. I asked to hold my package so I can pick it up they told me I cannot do that because it has to be delivered. So it's no way to prevent them from messing up and still hours later i do not have my package and tracking has not been updated.

Frustrated

I know all drivers aren't the same, but a few are lazy or just don't care. I'm 69 and wife is 70. I specified driver instructions that deliveries are IN the rear on ALL my shipments. As you can see there's a sign on the bldg stating the same. And where do they leave it? Right out front under the sign that says to deliver in rear. No one lives in front and it's a short walk down driveway. The mailman does it. UPS does it, and so does other shippers. Why is it so difficult for Fedex? This has happened more than once. And it's so close to sidewalk anyone can pick up in two seconds.

I live a very metropolitan city and have several terrible experiences with getting merch delivered by this company. The mediocrity of service, negligence of people's products and downright incompetence by management to fix the problem in any measurable way is astonishing. This last delivery, though, takes the cake of all my other terrible experiences. ALL packages had been opened upon arriving at my apartment! This is a brand new modular couch that now needs to be returned. The merchandise was all damaged. There are parts missing. The new couch must go back to the manufacturer, now. There's still a package that is missing. There was an unexpected weeklong delay with all the packages at the "hub" station in Brooklyn But maybe the most disturbing thing here is how anyone working for a shipping company could think that delivering packages in this condition is acceptable in any way, shape, or form. This is just one in a long line of terrible experiences with these goons. The arrogance here is now they want more of my time to speak with me about the crappy experience so they can do their job better next time. F-YOU Fedex! You're all F-UPs that work there!

I ordered a package, scheduled for delivery by FEDEX on Friday, 2 December. I watched the driver enter my driveway, go back out my driveway, turn around in my neighbor's driveway, look right at me while I was standing in the door of my garage, and drive off without leaving the package. FEDEX tracking states that the delivery wasn't made because the "business was closed or no one was home." There's another entry the next day in the tracking that states another delivery attempt was made at 11:43 am Saturday, 3 December, stating again that the "business was closed or no one was home." I was sitting at my dining table eating lunch at that time. NO ONE came to the house to attempt a delivery. Then, FEDEX sent me another text stating that my package would be delivered by end of day Sunday, 4 December. At 6 pm, I received another text stating that the package would be delivered Monday, 5 December after 8 am. By the FEDEX tracking number, my package was "Out for Delivery" from Nashville ALL DAY LONG and then at 6 pm, after I was ASSURED by a FEDEX employee that it would be delivered that day, the status changed to "delivery date pending". I finally contacted a FEDEX rep and told them to hold the package at the center in Nashville and I will do there job for them and go get it myself. I cannot control people who ship to me using FEDEX, but you can damn sure bet I will never send anything through this awful company.

I have to sign for a delivery and was first told it would be delivered last Friday (today is Monday) so I cancelled all of my appointments for that date. At 2 p.m. they called to tell me it would not be delivered until the following Monday (i.e., today). Again, I cleared my calendar and stayed by my phone all day. It's now 7:15 p.m. and no delivery. An online check (right, no phone call) says: Alerts (1)
No scheduled delivery date available at this time. I used to think Fedx was a reliable company but this experience, along other unsatisfactory Fedx transactions I've encountered during the past year clearly demonstrate that no one should trust them with their merchandise.

For the second time within a year, FedEx lost an item from my order. I don't know how this company is still in business. Customer service is nowhere to be found. The situation is really bad with them so frustrating had to contact the vendor and ask for a refund waited for 2 months...

It never fails, if you are shipping or receiving anything with FedEx, you can expect problems EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I have not had a single positive experience with these idiots that I can recall. The latest is expecting a package from an online retailer (unfortunately no option to NOT choose FedEx as the carrier, or I would have) which was supposed to arrive on November 26th, and up until that point, the tracking showed on time, having arrived at my local hub very early in the morning on the 26th. Well here it is December 5th, 10 days later, and the package is STILL sitting at the hub! Or at least that's what the tracking shows. Do they even have it? Did they ever ship anything at all? Nobody knows.

After calling the 1-800 number for customer support, all they can tell me is my best option is to contact the shipper and get a refund for the package. Wow. I wish I could build a business model to sell a service, collect money from customers and then just NOT deliver on the service I sold. That's quite a business model! Their profit margin must be insane.

I will use UPS and USPS EVERY TIME before EVER using FedEx. They have consistently been the worst shipper by a landslide. How they're even still in business is mind boggling.

I understand the situation at fed ex in regards to hiring and keeping employees. And with covid and supply chain issues i am very understanding.
When i order a product i wait for a confirmation and a delivery date, a date assigned by the shipping company,a date i use to plan the installation or use of the product.
My issue is getting a date and delivery window from fed ex,then two hours before the end of the delivery time my shipping date and time goes into (no further information at this time but your delivery is enroute) WTF my shipment took 12 hours to get 1500 miles and has now been sitting in a hub for 3 days 4.5 miles from my residence and no delivery window.It does not matter if it takes ten years to get my product but deliver it on the date ten years from now that you assign.Do not change the status to unknown after 5 days of a promised date and window. Ridiculous.

Despite delivery instructions online these subcontractors, not employees, do what they want and deliver my parcels outside my security gate on the street for people to steal. No other delivery service does that. If pkg isn't stolen it's left in the rain, not in a safe dry place called a porch by my front door of my home. They also lie saying they left pkg by garage. Picture clearly shows outside gate and garage is part of home. That's how ignorant they are.

What's the point? They tell me one date.that comes and goes...then another...Why tell me anything, just show up.I hate doing business with FedEx.I tell anyone shipping me anything "Any other carrier but FedEx!".Amazon, UPS, USPS all are accurate with their delivery date why can't FedEx?
