FedEx is THE WORST! I paid $11.50 to manage my delivery and change the delivery date to a time I would be home because it was signature required... they NEVER contacted me about the delivery window, they never contacted me back to confirm Monday delivery, then I call today and they tell me they tried to deliver on Saturday but couldn't find the apartment?!?!?! I have to confirm my address every time I call! This is a house,, not an apartment! Now they are telling me they will get back to me by Wednesday? They've had the shipment since the 6th! HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE delivery management. I want my money back plus my 2 hours wasted trying to get someone to do their job!

FedEx attempted to deliver a package that needed to be signed for on days I was not available, not their fault. So I paid them $11.50 to deliver it on a Tuesday. I waited around all day for them to never show up. Essentially, they took my money and never performed the service. So I called to have it rescheduled for the next Wednesday, or I could go pick it up.
They then proceeded to try to deliver it two more times before Wednesday when I was unavailable. Each time I called customer service to find out what was going on and they said they communicated with the branch to ensure it'd be held until Wednesday. Picking it up myself now wasn't an option because I didn't know if it'd be there when I'd have time to go.
It is now that Wednesday. I called to see if my package was en route. Guess what?! It's not!

Unfortunately it is the truth, Fedex is not being efficient, both on the day of delivery and by leaving packages at other addresses, that is, they do not arrive because they left them at the wrong address. I am a customer who on several occasions fedex has failed to deliver packages on time or they do not arrive.

Ordered a speaker on eBay to be delivered on Jan 30th. The doorbell rings Jan 30th FedEx has me sign for a package he hands me 3 boxes and walks away Im surprised I look at them they are all drugs addressed to Wallgreens I call him back he says I must have scanned the wrong stuff. He checks his truck says he does not have my package and shows my name on his screen for his next delivery says it will come tomorrow it never did.
It was not delivered on Jan 30th on Jan 31 I opened a missing case on Feb 7th FedEx sent an email saying can't find it in their system saying it is lost apply for a refund. Feb 10th FedEx changed the tracking # showing that it was delivered on Jan 30th so the refund was denied. How can they go back 10 days and like magic enter a delivery date 10 days later the date only shows up when the package is scanned in at delivery time Again on Feb 14th FedEx sends me an email saying the package was lost and apply for a refund. HOW CAN FEDEX ADD A DELIVERY DATE 1O DAYS LATER? I disputed it. Today Mar 7 they sent me an email dining my claim because it says it was delivered on Jan 30th. THE DRIVER STOLE MY SPEAKER AND ADDED THE DATE LATER SOMEHOW I GOT NO HELP AND LOST $121.00 LUCKY IT WAS NOT $400 I WILL NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT IF THE SHIP FedEx.
I recently had 3 packages shipped from 2 vendors. Of the 3,1 was delayed twice, arriving 5 days past the 'Standard Transit' date, another was delayed once arriving 3 days past 'Standard Transit' date, and one was supposed to arrive today, but looks to be delayed as well. This is not just a recent issue, it seems that all of my shipments show an expected date that is very rarely met. Not sure if they have staffing issues or what, but it's frustrating to be given a date only to see it delayed time & time again.
Said packaged delivered except I have a ring door bell and it wasn't delivered. Also said someone signed for it. No one was home and the name of the person who signed for it is unknown to me. I truly believe their workers steal the packages as so many packaged arr lost. Worst ever. If I could give them a xerox I would.
I ordered a packet from Walmart, and FedEx delivered it. I am a single parent and currently pregnant. I was at home when they delivered my package, and no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. They left my box not even close to the door. What happened to letting a customer know or making it know your packet is on here? My computer will not let me post a picture, but my order number is **************.
FedEx sends a text that my package is to be delivered yesterday and I need to sign for it, then they no show. 5:30 am today, they send another text and say it will arrive between 12 noon and 4pm and I need to sign for it. They no showed again! 2 hours on hold so far to talk to a freaking human and I am putting up with some God awful f#cking piano music in the background that I am 100% sure is intended to make you hang up! So I look up their reviews, and they do this all the time! This is the norm! How do they stay in business?
I'm not suprised at all that FedEx has hot 93% bad review. I used their service a few times but every time was very disappointed. You should NEVER pay for 1 day delivery cause the item never was here within 1 day however they charged extra for that. I already did many complain through email and phone too but there was only excuses, never a satisfying answer, no refund, no appologise, no kindnesss at all. The customer advisor was extremely rude and the manager was very condescending. NOT RECOMMEND FEDEX AT ALL as they are very unreliable.
Federal Express is the absolutely worse delivery service there is. They can not deliver packages in a timely manner. They are always delayed. They have to be extremely disorganized. When you do speak to a real person, they want you to contact the company you bought your merchandise from. WHAT! They did their part and shipped it. Fed Ex just can't deliver. I will no longer shop at companies that use Federal Express. I just called and cancelled an order from Vitacost. The first order packaged was damaged, so Vitacost reshipped. They have delayed this order now for the 3rd time. I explained what happened and Vitacost refunded my money and I suggested they consider using a different shipping company. As I stated, I will no longer shop at companies that use Federal Express. Had a experience a few months back with Walmart where package was delayed, delivered to wrong address in another state and I have not ordered from Walmart since then and will not. Federal Express sucks. Not worth the headache.
Fed ex truck backed into my yard twice and left deep ruts. I reported it, sent pictures, gave tracking number, did everything they asked to get reimbursed on fixing my yard. They kept sending Me the same generic message saying they needed

If you are reading this, please listen to your consumers. STOP using FedEx and Lasership as your courier. Because we don't always have the option to choose who delivers our package, we are hoping you will listen and do it for us. When it comes to these two companies, I never receive my packages on time or at all. FedEx is fine when it's my regular driver, however, when I don't receive my package, I know it's because it's not my everyday driver.
I had a package delivered to the wrong apartment, building, and person. That's right, the carrier, gave my package to a stranger. The carrier called and apologized, saying, he would try to get the package back. The person you gave it to took the package that did not belong to them, to never give it back.
FexEx opened a claim and told me they would investigate. I received a couple of calls then it STOPPED! I called back after several weeks and was told the case was closed and that I would have to reach out to the shipper. WHY? Everyone did what was to be done, except for the driver. I paid my money for the items. The company shipped the items. All the driver had to do was deliver the items to the name on the package.
Anytime I receive a tracking number and it's FexEx of Lasership I get anxiety.
I wish these online sites would start reading these reviews. We are giving money for a service that should be delivered. My daughter and sister pay for fast shipping, not because they are in a rush, but because they know it will be delivered by UPS... the company that actually delivers-
I have NO IDEA how Fedex survives! Package was supposed to be delivered this morning but I got some guy's dogfood, instead. Luckily, I knew him and called him to come and get it (he lives two strees over!). Then, while I was literally sitting here on my couch, in plain view of the front door, I got a "delivery exception" saying that they couldn't deliver because I was unable to sign for the package--I'm sitting right here and there's NO door tag, so I KNOW they didn't come to my door! I immediately called FedEx, and they said they couldn't get ahold of the driver. This is ABSOUTE BUNK! You know where that driver is at ALL TIMES and YOU CAN GET AHOLD OF HIM/HER for ANY reason! They said that I'd have to speak to the SHIPPER! HUNH!?!?!? The problem with your drunk or hungover driver is YOURS! AND YOU CAN GET AHOLD OF HIM since you absolutely know where that package is at all times! This isn't the shipper's problem and you need to be able to do something about it! This is UNREAL!
Long story short - Rep from FedEx in Springfield, I'll called me on Friday to ask about an undeliverable address in Jacksonville, IL. I told her that it had been sent to Springfield by mistake - must have been a drop ship mixup between billing address and shipping address. I mentioned that it was a birthday present for a 9 year old. Guess what - she facilitated overnight shipping and it was in Bozeman MT the next day, right on time I might add! Thanks Springfield, IL FedEx!
Can't I choose zero? I never received my package and the text I got saying the package was delivered showed a picture of someone else's door. Customer Service confirmed they had my address correct. However, they told me it was not their problem, and I should discuss it with the vendor. So, they charge the vendor to deliver a package, they take the money from the vendor, and somehow the mistake they make becomes the vendor's problem. And the customer is left out in the cold. Nice racket!
FedEx is awful. They continually delay packages and won't give a reason as to why. There is no customer service as the automated robot your forced to talk to is designed to prevent you from talking to anyone.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
