Received all plants in good condition.
The citrus tree had a little damage (must have been turned upside down several times on it's way to NY), but it's recovered since then.
I ordered three rhododendrons and they shipped quickly and were in great shape. They are growing nicely!
I ordered a Southern Red Oak tree, and was not impressed with the one I received, as it had just a few very short branches near the top. After posting a review I was quickly contacted by FGT and a replacement was shipped. The new tree is taller and considerably better-looking.
I found the website to be easy to navigate. The selection of plants and tree was very good. Their packaging of products seemed to provide good protection to plants and trees in transit. They do what they do very well.
I thought the goods shopped online should be cheaper than shopping in store. So I searched online and bought a 6-7 feet tall Emperor Japanese Maple at $250. It arrived in good condition with no any issue. It just looks so thin, looks more like a branch than a tree. Anyway, it is more than 6 feet tall. However, 1 week later, I found there are Emperor and Bloodgood in local Home Depot. The price is $280 a bit higher than I spent online. Same 6 feet in height, but MUCH more strong than I bought online. The diameter of the trunk is 2-3 times vs my newly bought. They are real tree not just a branch!
Online ordering was easy, great selection, quick delivery. Tree seemed very healthy, although both of them had a small branch broken off in shipping. That does not seem to have affected them.
My shipment was received pretty fast.
Tree came in really good condition and perfectly packed.
UPS delivered... visibility marked live trees. Left trees in full sun less than 5ft away would have been shaded all day... my bad. Had a flat tire needed a full set... didnt use front gate for two days. Didn't see the trees... 1 in the pot was very good the three bare root were in poor shape and one may not live

I'm disappointed in the plants I received. They looked almost dead. I did plant them and have been waiting to see what happens. This is the second time my plants haven't looked very good upon delivery.
I ordered two of the same tree. One came well backed and thriving - the other, in the same box was almost dead. The plastic holding the roots and soil in place hadn't been secured and it came open. All the soil came out (and dropped all over my floors when I brought the box in). The roots were bare and dry.
We are so very sorry to hear this and yes if you do not see any improvement or more of a decline, please make us aware. We are here to help!
They arrived in perfect condition. We planted them and they were thriving. Then the squirrels struck, and broke some of the branches. We have transplanted them and put protection around them and are hoping for some cherries this summer, or maybe next summer. Very satisfied with this company. Thank you.
I have yet to receive a tree in good condition from fast growing trees and this time was no different. Two hydrangea standards arrived wilted, brown leaves and deeply pruned back. One of the trees already had a dent scratched into the tree trunk which is a sign someone already scratched the trunk to check if it's still alive. I called customer service and they told me to wait it out for a month and the plant is just stressed. We will see. It's been two weeks and the plant is still dying.

We suffered a horrible derecho thru our area last Aug. 10. As a result, 65% of the area's trees were destroyed and the devastation was (is) just unbelievable and heartbreaking. I wanted to begin replacing what I could in my own yard and purchased a 5-6 ft. Blaze Maple which arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. Planted the new baby Maple the next day and it has just 'blossomed' in it's new home with the leaves and new sprouts growing like crazy already. Love it! :)
I have been buying shrubbery from FGT for years. The plants are always first rate, very healthy and arrive in a timely manner well packed. I will be a customer for years to come.
Ordered three- 6 foot Dawn Redwoods. I received three wilted sticks. After a week, I now have three wilted, and now brown, sticks planted in my yard. A stark $400 lesson on why I should have patronized a local nursery instead of trying mail order trees.

My tree arrived without any leaves or limbs, and there were roots, but no real tree ball. My son who worked in landscaping planted it for me but thought it looked dead. I called FastGrowingTrees and they told me how to check if the tree was alive, and it was.
When I wrote back about my concerns about the lack of a root ball, they again reassured me. I am monitoring the progress and I have up to 30 days to see if it continues to live or dies.
Both plants do not look good. It has not been freezing here on Vashon Island.
What should I do? If you send me your email I will send an image of the plants.
I have planted mail order plants in the past and not had any problems.

My trees arrived without issues. The pomegranate tree is small and after planting it doesn't look super healthy. It's still alive and I'm hoping it hangs on. It's been planted for a couple of weeks. I'm worried the pomegranate tree won't make it, time will tell. The fig tree on the other hand is thriving, no worries about it.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.

We are so very sorry that the caliper/trunk was thinner than what you could find locally. Our trees are still within the first few years of their life so that thickness will come with age. If there is anything we can do to help though, please do not hesitate to make us aware. We would be more than happy to assist in any way that we can!
