I ordered 2 types of fig tree and a Meyer lemon bush, all came alive and healthy. There were loose soil fallen out of the pot into its own sealed bag but that didn't seem to do any harm to the plants. I planted 1 fig tree in the ground and the other 2 plants in containers. All seem well to date. Thanks.

The website described the trees as 4-5 feet in height, but did not otherwise indicate the overall size. The trunk girth of the trees were very small, almost less than one inch. Having know this size, I would have looked for a larger tree either online or locally.

I was very nervous about ordering plants online... but this was the only option for the specific evergreen shrub I was looking for. Shrubs arrived in OUTSTANDING shape! All leaves arrived green and healthy. I planted them a week ago and there's already new leaves growing.

I'm alittle worried about the blu hydrangea being in full sun as written on planting instructions and it was delivered to IN. We will see.
Do you have a guarantee or warranty?

My trees were a gift to my mom in another state. They were delivered to wrong address by ups. My mom couldn't find packages. Fast growing trees, promptly shipped out new trees. She ended up finding first shopped trees at a neighbors house down the street, but, by then they were severely wilted and likely going to die.

I have ordered trees from Fast growing trees for two years I still have what I ordered growing this is quite an accomplishment since I don't have a green thumb. Plants show up healthy and with instructions.

My region had snow after I planted my green giants. I sent pictures of my trees that are turning brown. I did not receive help. I purchased a warranty so I may need to try that route.

Trees arrived several days prior to their scheduled delivery date. Arrived in great shape with green leaves. Planted them the same day and they are thriving.

Another crape myrtle fail. I planted a crape myrtle that was thriving except it was the wrong color. I didn't know this until months later. Among my order, I wanted two purple Muskogees. One ended up being white. I contacted them via email and this time no response back whatsoever. The last time I had an issue, I posted on here and they publicly pretended like they were going to help. They didn't not. This time they just ignored my email. So yeah- not my favorite nursery.

So far so good, tree is getting more leaves and looking healthy, it's only been 2 weeks

I ordered two Mexican Fan Palm Trees, a Southern Magnolia Tree, and two Golden Euonymus Shrubs and planted them a few weeks ago. So far they all look healthy and beautiful. The trees were delivered quickly and were protected well in the boxes. I would order trees/shrubs from them again in the future.

Of course the pictures show what your tree will look like in 3-5 years. But what you get is a tiny plant and it wasn't shipped well. All the soil was in the bottom of the bag, so I had to basically replant it.
You would think that if all you did was ship small plants and tree's, you'd have a better system than putting the plant in a plastic bag and hope it stays there.

The first order I placed was for 2 Crape Myrtles. When they arrived the soil was all over inside of the box instead of in the plastic bags which was over the pots. The $99. Plant had some dead branches on it. The second order I placed was for a raspberry bush, a peace rose bush and a peach drift rose bush. All three came in one box and the raspberry bush was pressed into the center of the drift rose bush breaking off a piece of the raspberry plant. The prices you charge are quite expensive and I was disappointed to say the least. I've planted all I've bought but it is too soon to comment on whether or not they do well.

I saw FGT suggested on a gardening page. I am on a tight budget and desperately needed two new trees to replace two trees I lost a few years ago. I ordered three small trees. (2 Okame and 1 Autumn Cherry tree) They came packed very nicely and since they weren't too large, they were easy to plant. In time they will grow and I know they will be beautiful, tall trees. So far they are thriving and provide the birds a place to land.
Customer service is excellent! Upon planting I called to ask a few questions and I was able to speak with someone in a timely manner.
