It came in a burlap bag which is ok however when it arrived the tree was basically a stick and was separated almost completely away from the roots. I'm not sure it's going to survive.

Will use again and again. This company cares about the package and the customer.

After being so excited from talking to the sales person about the tuja trees I was anticipating their arrival.
When they got here... not as anticipated. If you stretched it they may have come close to their stated height if measuring from the bottom of their pots! I doubt I'll live long enough to see real trees.
Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I'd gone to a local nursery

Tree came in beautiful condition. It is planted and now wait and see. But so far so good!

I bought a 3-4ft $#*! Willow shrub. I have purchased the exact same item in the past locally. I literally received a 3-4ft single stick with a bit of root. I bought three and was planning on planting them in the front area of our home. SO not worth the money and shipping cost.

Both plants arrived quickly, well packed and healthy. Love them!

Their products have been the healthiest trees and plants I've found anywhere.

Ok, packing was good except growth was trimmed. We hope will get growth soon

The fig tree was crushed by the tea olive tree which was much heavier and directly on top of it.

This is Second time I purchased from fast growing trees, not happy at all

Received all plants in good condition.
The citrus tree had a little damage (must have been turned upside down several times on it's way to NY), but it's recovered since then.

I ordered three rhododendrons and they shipped quickly and were in great shape. They are growing nicely!

I ordered a Southern Red Oak tree, and was not impressed with the one I received, as it had just a few very short branches near the top. After posting a review I was quickly contacted by FGT and a replacement was shipped. The new tree is taller and considerably better-looking.

I found the website to be easy to navigate. The selection of plants and tree was very good. Their packaging of products seemed to provide good protection to plants and trees in transit. They do what they do very well.

I thought the goods shopped online should be cheaper than shopping in store. So I searched online and bought a 6-7 feet tall Emperor Japanese Maple at $250. It arrived in good condition with no any issue. It just looks so thin, looks more like a branch than a tree. Anyway, it is more than 6 feet tall. However, 1 week later, I found there are Emperor and Bloodgood in local Home Depot. The price is $280 a bit higher than I spent online. Same 6 feet in height, but MUCH more strong than I bought online. The diameter of the trunk is 2-3 times vs my newly bought. They are real tree not just a branch!

Online ordering was easy, great selection, quick delivery. Tree seemed very healthy, although both of them had a small branch broken off in shipping. That does not seem to have affected them.

My shipment was received pretty fast.
Tree came in really good condition and perfectly packed.

UPS delivered... visibility marked live trees. Left trees in full sun less than 5ft away would have been shaded all day... my bad. Had a flat tire needed a full set... didnt use front gate for two days. Didn't see the trees... 1 in the pot was very good the three bare root were in poor shape and one may not live

I'm disappointed in the plants I received. They looked almost dead. I did plant them and have been waiting to see what happens. This is the second time my plants haven't looked very good upon delivery.
