Mom loved the bushes. Still alive. Dad did say the plants were dry upon delivery - South MS likely reason.
We ordered a variety of camellia bushes in order to grow hedges around part of our yard. These were promptly shipped and delivered and most were in excellent conditions. A month down the road, these bushes appear to have acclimated very well and are growing well. For the few that clearly didn't met the conditions one could have expected from FastGrowingTrees.com, we were offered a refund.
I ordered citronella plants, they arrived sickly, yellow and with few leaves...
I called customer service and they told me to post my issue on their contact form, I did so along with pictures of the plants and got no response... very disappointed
The elberta peach tree I received was broken in two places and just 4-5 leaves. They offered a replacement tree. While waiting for it to arrive, I visited a local greenhouse and purchased a much better red haven for less than half the price, $39. Healthy and green. When the replacement arrived, it was a Cherry tree. 3-4 leaves, some branches appear to be just a stick. I called and I was told they had no more peach trees. The only positive comment is that the personnel were courteous and they did refund my purchase amount.

They have a good selection of what I wanted and with all the added info for each tree it was easy for me to decide on which one to buy. I made my selection & purchased. Within a few days my order was on its way. They came well packaged.
Meyer lemon was split down the center like the bonsai tree in Karate Kid. I taped it like Mr. Miyagi did. Fingers crossed. Was sent a replacement and the main branch was broken off. I snipped it in hopes of sprouting more branches. Fingers crossed again. The other 2 trees were in perfect condition and I'm extremely pleased with their customer service. Will be ordering more!
This is a great site with quality trees and plants and I understand if people feel the things they order seem on the small side of what was expected but the size is not a factor because they are always healthy and on the cusp of the growing frenzy and if on the odd occasion you order something that does not grow they stand by what they sell and will make it right for you. But people remember to water and follow the directions given for what you order!
Received dormant tree Planted 2 days later with root booster then had to cover because of 2 spring frosts. Doesn't look good. Leaves dying after watering. Live in zone 5
All trees I have received have all been very healthy and have done quite well.
First off, the tree did not ship in 2 days, it shipped in like 5 and then it was delayed a couple times. Then when it arrived, it was upside down, the tree was broken, and dead. I complained and all they wanted were pictures of the box. I threw the box away and have been trying to make the tree live! Terrible customer service. Eventually had to file a claim with my bank.

I ordered 4 Hostas, received 4 fragrant tea olive trees. The Meyer lemon tree is puny and a barely hanging in there. Ordered 2 citronella (Geranium) plants. One is hearty and doing well. The other is barely hanging on. All of the plants had signs of bug infestation. Not impressed.
The peach tree we ordered took weeks to get here and we are trying to save it but we shall see how that goes.

My plants took a real beating in transit, but i do think they could have been packed better. 2 have new growth. The john f kennedy rose looks bad and is dropping leaves on the lower part of the plant, but i am still hopeful.
I'm so new to this and therefore a little afraid of planting my own shrubs. With the help of my neighbor, I chose and ordered a few shrubs. We planted them as soon as they arrived. They have already shot up and look very healthy. It's only been about 3 weeks! I'm so excited!
Received the "tree" very fast. I expected to get a tree and paid extra for a bigger one but received a long stick with 5 leaves on top and no branches
Trees I planted last year have doubled in height and Width and are bearing fruit. The ones I just planted are doing great. See you next spring
The larger of the two rose plants I ordered arrived with all the dirt from the pot in the box and the root ball completely exposed and dry. The zip tie around the plant stem was completely loose which allowed this to happen.
Also, the main reason I placed the order was to get an orange tree but after I placed the order and paid I was told there were no orange trees available.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
