Are 10 hollies arived in about 6 days, they were a little thin looking but healthy. In the first week they filled in nicely and after two weeks they look good and have grown about 3 inches. Vary happy will be ordering more once we get are property developed a little more.
Ordered 2 hydrangea tress, and a rose tree. Hydrangea arrived beaten up. Many steams broken. Immediately planted in a pot. Have kept watered and placed on back deck. A good 8 hours of sunlight. Old leaves dying and falling off. New groth sickly looking. Think both Hydrangeas dying.
Poor packing and mutilated nearly everything. Dogwood is half dead and black, avocado broken, sickly oak trees, dead wisteria. 3 phone calls and photos with messages send to customer service. No response. Even after 2 email follow ups.
In my first order, I ordered two trees. Two days later I was notified they shipped... then they weren't. I wrote to notify Fast Growing Trees (FGT) that the shipment wasn't able to be tracked by the shipper. The following day they were shipped... again... the first time. I received one tree in great condition (leaves and roots), the other tree had roots but no leaf growth. I know that the trees can be dormant, so I waited. Good gardeners are patient. My return date expired and so did the tree. We ordered a new one and currently we are waiting for that one to set forth leaves. It's been about 2 weeks. It's still alive as the tree still has green under the bark.
We purchased $400 worth of trees and almost all of them were dead on arrival, and not even in the dirt when we received them! We were also told we would receive a free Japanese Maple Tree with our order which we never even got. We won't ever come back to this company again.

All was easy, fast and as advertised. Only thing hold me back from 5-stars was the overpriced and small proportioned add on, like root rocket.
I bought five 5-gallon Boston Ivy last summer with a warranty. They stand behind their warranty and were going to issue me a credit so I could re-order them after I sent photos in. The credit never came and now they do not have any more so I have a credit that is worthless and am out $500 plus tax and shipping. I will file a dispute with VISA but I am not putting my landscape trellis project on hold for another year after already missing out on getting then established last year also. I will buy elsewhere and take steps legally to get my money back. No refunds well that is great I have no use for anything else except what I paid for. Stay away!
We are so sorry to hear about your experience. Our 1 year warranty covers the cost of what you paid for the plant only. Unfortunately we're at the mercy of Mother Nature when it comes to what we have available, but we have reached out with some other options to replace your plants!

I ordered 4 Burberry bushes and three wisteria vines. They were delivered timely. However, one of the boxes looked like it was crushed on one end thereby breaking the plastic container that one of the vines was in. All was fine but the delivery means definitely doesn't care. I was supposed to get a free Japanese maple but that wasn't included.
Will diffidently purchase another! Fast shipping and already has fruit growing from it.
Purchased a new home last year. Needs lots of landscaping. Many local sources in my area but expensive and picked over. Durning local search found FastGrowingTrees.com. Decided to give them a try and ordered 3 Japanese Red Maple.
Shipment was prompt, trees were shipped in special containers and root balls enclosed. Trees arrived in great shape and were beautiful.
Have since placed order for 5 shrubs. They too arrived in special packing, in great shape and beautiful.
In my landscaping plan I will need a couple more trees and shrubs that I will be ordering from Fast Growing Trees. All that wasted time shopping, loading, messing up my vehicle, unloading - when they can be delivered to my door.
Common sense dictates where I get my trees and plants in the future.

My hydrangea arrived in excellent condition and was shipped to me very quickly.
My trees are thriving and have met all my expectations.
You said that they were Minnesota cold hardy but when I got them in central Minnesota That week it froze out or frosted and the trees are dying please tell me what to do and how I get a refund if they're dead I paid $200 for both trees do they have to be sent back to you. Or will I just get a refund if I take a picture of them in my yard

Plant arrived with its root ball detached from its sack of soil, badly desiccated and with some minor broken branches. I immediately planted, fertilized and irrigated it hoping for its recovery but thus far it has not done so. About ten days after its arrival seeing no improvement, I reported its condition to a customer service person who suggested I retain it for another two weeks and then get back to them if no improvement had occurred. I was told even if I exceeded the thirty days period from my initial receipt, the company would replace the plant if it hadn't recovered. I hope so but that remains to be seen.

The leaves are very dark, it seems it Is going to die.
I plant it first time I received it, I already had the hole. But the leaves were dark and sad… and it is not great, understand so many time in the dark and the roots don't have enough humidity and the land was not compact in the root system… apologize but I understand it was not a good transportation method this!.

The tree I ordered was delivered quickly and boxed appropriately. I was glad that when I opened it the tree had not received any damage while being shipped!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
