I ordered a Nikko Blue Hydrangea, Areca Palm Tree & an Aloe Vera plant. The hydrangea is doing great, I was not really happy with the looks of the Areca Palm, leaves were torn, a couple had black ends. I've planted it, hoping for the best. The Aloe Vera plant I'm totally dissatisfied with. I looked like somebody had already used the leaves for burns. Several of the stalks were cut off & black. Overall the plant looks terrible. Ordered trees for my local cemetery. 1 tree was broken due to the fact that the delivery person couldn't read - LAY FLAT on the box. Contacted customer service, sent pictures of the tree and in a couple of days received replacement tree.
The Armstrong Maple which was purchased for $79.95 arrived in very poor condition. The tree is half-dead and there is maple tar back spot on the leaves! I contacted FGT and was offered a 20% discount. I accepted, but believe it is not unreasonable to expect a replacement tree. I have made several purchases from FGT in the past few years and been happy with my purchases. Will no longer be ordering from this company. An exorbitant price to pay for a sick and dying maple tree. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Other than an initial glitch with shipping, I was very pleased with the service and my Taylor Junipers I ordered.
I ordered a Grand Nain banana tree for my yard and FedEx took their sweet time getting it delivered to me. They also didn't keep the box on its side so my poor banana tree was bent and the trunk was split. I emailed FGT with photos and a summary of what happened. Within an hour, they started the process to send me a replacement! The replacement arrived yesterday and it was a larger tree than my original order. The replacement is a beautiful specimen and I can't wait to watch it grow!
I found what I needed and ordered it. I have never ordered plants before so I was a little nervous. The only thing I wish they would have provided is updates to when the items were shipped etc.
Was a little disappointed with one of my trees upon arrival. However, fast-growing trees made it right by shipping me a replacement. The tree has not arrived, but I'm going to trust that my new tree will be just perfect as the rest of the trees I ordered.
I was disappointed that our plant arrived a full datel ate from FedEx, with a damaged shipping box. The citronella plant was withered, and the very dry dirt accompanying it was scattered all over the box. We have had to carefully nurse it back to life, but it's still not growing as fast as years of other citronella plants we've used to successfully ward off mosquitos.

I paid extra to get the bigger trees and (2) of them are bigger and (2) are very thin and not tall. The two small ones have very little foliage in comparison.

Easy to order and receive within planting time period and a video to view for planting. I don't have a green thumb so need all the help I can get. So for the short time we've had this tree I'd say it's doing good.
Shipment was fast and well packaged. However, the quality of the tree was disappointing. It was small and had a poorly formed structure.

The rose trees I ordered a month ago was delivered on a Sunday when we were out of town. Did not receive any notification of being shipped. We returned on Monday and when we went to unpack them we discovered that one tree had all the soil on the other side of the box and bare roots. We repotted them and this one has not died but it has not produced any flowers like the other one.
Once you place an order that's it.
If you have any problems you can't get any help!
My plants all came damaged they were not packaged well and I still have not been able to get someone to talk with me about the damage. 5 emails and pics to them with no response.

Great customer service, there was a slight mix up with my order. Mostly my fault and the quickly sent out the correct order free of charge. All my on line orders will be through Fast Growing Trees.
Not sure I remember how I found FGT, but I do like the ease of purchasing my trees online. They do come ready to plant and for the most part, the trees look good.
I ordered 8 fir trees and when they arrived they were healthy and "happy". I planted them about 3 weeks ago and they are doing great. I would definitely use this company again.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
