Deciding to order 30 trees through the mail was difficult. We were extremely pleased with the condition of our order when they arrived. FastGrowingTrees did a great job packaging them. We had two that were questionable to survive and their customer service was remarkable at quickly sending two more beautiful trees to replace them. My husband and I can't wait to see them grow throughout the years! We will return we future orders!

The website didn't work with Chrome, which was frustrating. I couldn't access the cart to check out. Checked out in Safari fine. Plants that came were smaller than shown. OK for the price, but not as shown on the website. Some descriptions on the website weren't full enough for me to know that the item was plastic, for example (a pot that I assumed was clay).
I bought the 2-3 foot skyrocket junipers and they were bare, skinny saplings. An accurate photo would have been appreciated as these will take years to grow into the privacy I needed/expected when buying them.

Ordered a 1-gallon banana tree. Container is about quart sized. Tree is healthy and growing but it will take a year to get to where I thought it would be when it showed up.

Well, the tree arrived boxed up just fine. The tree however only has 11 half wilted leafs on it. It's not dead, but certainly not spring time healthy. I used my finger nail to scratch just beneath the surface, and the tree is green and moist. The best outcome I can hope for is that it will establish itself this year and be better off next spring. But for now, I have a 6' Charlie Brown style apricot tree.

Shipping was arrived very late. Customer service never responded, and when my trees arrived, they are packed badly. All branches and leaves were heavily damaged, looked like trash. Never have another chance with this vendor.

We purchased 2 peach trees and upon arrival didn't look healthy so I immediately emailed. They said it's normal for them to look like that and give it time. A week later I sent more pictures. There was no growth or leaves and the branches were dark brown and shriveling. They agreed finally that they were dead. They gave us a credit for the trees. I indicated that we do not want to purchase trees online any more, it seems too risky so to please refund us rather than credit. We have not heard anything back. We do not want credit.
It looks like we have since refunded the order. We're so sorry for the inconvenience!

Received damage tree and they sent replacement with no hesitation.
Very pleased with my purchases of Cavendish banana tree, arrived in great shape and doing well. Also purchased a dogwood tree last month and it is growing well and very healthy in appearance. Also, about 4 years ago, I purchased 8 endless summer hydrangeas and 8 sunny knockout roses, all survived and are thriving. Will recommend to anyone thinking of buy plants online.
I was missing one of my palm trees in the first order and had to wait a week to receive it which made it not come in time for Mother's Day. And the trees that did come we're badly damaged and dying. Two of the trees are almost completely dead now and when I called customer service and emailed I was told that they were fine and that they would recover. They have not. They are dead and I have been having trouble reaching someone in regards

A lot of times trees will arrive with stress from shipping but will drop those leaves and push out new growth in just a few weeks. We appreciate you giving it some time!
Dogwoods took a couple of extra days to get here. Both trees in total shock and are worse every day.

Ordering was easy. I understand that we are still having shipping issues so I don't hold fast growing trees responsible for the late delivery but I am pretty sure the tree is dead. My biggest complaint is that it isn't even the correct tree.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
