I ordered late season 2 American hazelnut and an Italian plum. All 3 trees were shipped quickly and arrived in great condition and are very healthy. I love ordering trees at the end of the season when the trees are on sale and you can get great deals on large sizes that are super healthy.

Shipping has been quick with past orders and everything arrived looking healthy! I did have one instance where I received the wrong plant, a quick email and within a couple days I had a replacement on the way, and I got to keep the plant that was sent by accident. Thanks for great customer service!

It's probably me but I have had moderate success with plants purchased. They arrive ok but have ordered duplicates through the years.

The Asian pear we bought is surviving but not really thriving. We've had it for about 6-8 months and it is pretty stagnant.

Sent in the claim as requested with photos. After a little discussion my replacement was approved.

I bought a 4x5 ft Rose of Sharon Tree. The tree was healthy but in 4 yeras it did not [roduce a single floweres even though it has hundreds of buds. I dealt for almost 4 yeras with plant experts at Fast Growing Trees, after a lot of justification i finally got the tree replaced but I lost 4 years and had to pay for planting and digging up the tree. I lot my faith in Fast Growing. Had they heard me and replaced it easily in the first year it would have been easier.

First order was 2 October glory Maple trees. Arrived fast and healthy. Trees are still growing strong

I ordered 2 trees, a peach and an Apricot. I followed the care and planting instructions closebut The Apricot tree did not survive. The peach tree is doing great and has put on a foot ot two in the 5 short months it has been in the ground. Customer service was great to work with and credited me right away for the dead Apricot. I just ordered a new tree and look forward to future purchases.
