The plants arrived on time but some of them were squished together. They were much smaller then I thought and the roots and dirt came off when trying to plant them. I'm hoping they make it but I'm Leary of it.
The two shrubs (2 Gallon each) were extremely small and did not look healthy. I planted them and have yet to see them grow or look like they will eventually thrive. It has been over a month ago since planting. I expected to receive better quality shrubs!

Ordering, receiving were easy and timely. However the peach was no more than a stick, not a limb or leaf on it. Very disappointed. The lemon had two very small starts and four leaves. Do not know if they were shipped in this condition or held to long somewhere in shipping. Packing seem good.

Ordered and quickly received my Meyer Lemon tree and two Rainbow eucalyptus trees. They were strong and healthy. They are beautiful and very happy in my backyard.
Ordered a 10 pack of thuja green giants plus 1.3 arrived slightly damaged likely due to shipping and a simple online submission quickly led to the 3 being replaced. Ordering and replacement processes were easy to use. Of the 11 green giants that I planted, all arrived nice and green in soil that wasn't too dry. Overall these plants appeared very healthy upon arrival.

Ordered twice from these guys. Both times the trees arrived totally dried up and brittle. Upon notification they issued me "store credit" instead of a refund. Their advertising is slick and pretty but their actual service is terrible.

I've ordered trees and shrubs for three years from fast growing trees. They've always arrived in great shape, well packaged, healthy, and on time. I'll continue to buy my trees from fast growing trees!
I ordered my crabapple trees from a very nice person on the phone. She assured me that they would be there soon and in good shape. True to her word I received my trees five days later and they were in great shape I was thrilled.
Use of website was ok. I paid for a mature tree and paid for bulk shipping and what I received was a charlie brown tree. Really. I was not expecting that at all. For the price I paid, I could have gone to a local nursery. The tree leaves are dying and I don't know why. I will try to see what will happen before filing a claim.

It took 11 days from shipping to receiving and the tree was basically dead when it arrived. I immediately transplanted hoping I could save it, but it is too far gone.

Everything arrived just fine and I I planted them the next day. The lilac bushes are already growing and have new growth.
Was disappointed when I received it as the cactus was broken and dirt was all out in the box. Needs improvement on shipping and packaging.

Plants were advertised as 1 gallon, the 1 gallon pots are smaller then an actual gallon by a lot actually, I did voice this concern and did email them in size comparison photos, I was missing a plant out of my first shipment all together and the dragon fruit cactus I ordered seems to be doing pretty poorly which I hate considering how expensive it was.
Nursery gallon sizes are always smaller than a standard gallon size. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
