My 2 trees are dead! They arrived in a very loosely packed burlap bag with hardly any soil in it. They lost all leaves and are now dead! They only arrived with a few leaves. One had 2 actually. I sent in pics and talked with a rep who told me they were dormant. They are dead and have no leaves at all now. A total sham company. I feel stupid for ordering trees to be delivered by mail. Never again.
My first order, 2/ 3 came broken. They were very nicely replaced, but one is severely humpbacked. Will try to prop up, but it would not have sold at a look/see nursery.
Received my azalea, but didn't get a chance to plant it right away! It held up perfect til I got it in the ground, and is growing nicely! We didn't lose any leaves and it is a very hearty plant!
I have purchased from fast growing trees before and had a good experience, I am giving a review on my second purchase of 2 olive trees and 1 lemon tree.
1 olive tree was in good condition the other had two broken branches and the lemon tree was completely broken. I understand there is always that risk when shipping delicate trees however I don't have the time to deal with customer service and returning of items. I don't think I will take the risk again.

Tree came very well packaged for shipping. I got it planted right away. Of course we are having crazy winds. I staked the poor tree. I hope it can take all the beating up from the wind.
It didn't take long before the tree and bushes arrived and honestly I didn't think they would be as nice as they was. Planted them that day and so far they are all doing good except for the one my husband back over with the lawnmower. Yes just 2 hours after planting it. I can't wait to see what they look like in a year.

I had a flowering pink dogwood sent to a friend after loosing her husband. Although I did not get to see the small tree upon delivery, I hear it was of great quality and they even delivered it on a Sunday, less than week in transit.

1st order went great, 2nd received wrong plant at 1/3 the value of what I purchased. The replacement plant arrived 10 days after order and was almost dead, lost leaves and color AND again, cheated by the size of the order receiving a quart size instead of gallon. Wouldn't recommend to anyone now...

While they are doing fine now, I was surprised at how poorly packed the azaleas were when I opened the box. They were placed sideways in a box, two of them top to top. I had to clean off so many broken branches. I was afraid they wouldn't make it but they're doing fine now, I've ordered plants before from other sites and they were packaged a little more carefully with support to protect them during the travel

Plants are extremely overpriced and often unhealthy (or) fails to grow.

Good for the price but two top branches were broken when I opened the box. The last Santa Rosa plum I got from them died in less than a year, I hope this one lives.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
