Easy on-line ordering system, plants arrive in pretty good condition considering... a couple broken branches, leaves, etc. but honestly not any worse than the trees we drove home from the nursery in a trailer! Growing instructions enclosed, pot wrapped in plastic so I could easily water them as soon as they arrived and let them acclimate to their new environment. Potted lemon trees are hanging in there, no new growth yet; Quaking Aspens arrived with more broken branches but within weeks there is all new growth and seems to be thriving! So glad I purchased from FastGrowing Trees.

The dogwood I received was small and the form wasn't ideal. A large branch was broken. We planted it anyway and it's doing okay. But my husband went to a local garden center and found another one more than three times the size and much better structurally for the same price. The elderberries were very small (I have bigger tomato plants) and will probably take years to get to a reasonable size.
I bought three trees. One apple and 2 pear trees. Both the pear trees died instantly. I watered them everyday. Multiple times a day. I have the warranty. I would like two new trees sent to me.

My last 2 trees came broken and were 3 days late. I have sent numerous emails with pictures. Not one person has gotten back to me. I have bought from this company for 2 years with no complaints, the first time I complain I am ignored. Will not shop here again. Funny that I can't upload the picture of my 2 trees that are essentially broken in half!

My sister sent me a black fig tree for Easter and when it arrived it had instructions which I followed and repotted it.
Within a week it was growing more than I ever thought and within a month it was bearing figs. I then ordered another but this time a green fig tree. The same results and now I have 2 beautiful trees full of figs and can't wait to eat them.
I am not new to inline shopping for plants but this was my first experience with fast growing trees. The 2 plants that I ordered arrived in pretty tough shape. One was broken in half and the other had more dead leaves on it than live. I will not be shopping on this site again.

I had heard about a jaboticaba tree on YouTube and went in search of one, I found Fast Growing Trees and hit the jackpot!
Along with the jaboticaba I ordered a jackfruit to go into the "ugly corner" in my backyard after watching a lady paying an exorbitant amount for a fruit that did not look very fresh.
The trees arrived a day late due to FedEx delaying the expected delivery date. I need not have worried, as the trees arrived in very good shape and perked right up after a drink of water.
They arrived during a week of extremely hot weather, 90-plus up into the low 100s, so the trees stayed on the patio until it cooled down. The jackfruit had some leaf loss of the older leaves, but is vigorously growing new green from the tip and looks healthy overall. I don't think the jaboticaba lost any leaves and is also putting out new leaves. Only the jaboticaba is in the ground right now due to a little gardening upset before getting to the jackfruit. Either a friend will plant that one or it will come back on the patio for a bit.
Along with the great trees, customer service was awesome. I spoke to a real human being. My bank had processed only part of the money and I wanted to ensure that both trees had been shipped. Not only was the fellow helpful, he was fun to talk to, and then to top it off he applied the discount code I forgot to do at imo of order. Now, that is service!

My tree came quickly, but it wasn't super well-packaged; several of the benches were broken no the leaves were wilted. I planted it immediately and according to instructions, which were clear, but it has now been a couple weeks and I'm worried it won't survive.

The plants came in a very sad state. They were not the described size and were damaged in shipping. After removing damaged brances lost 1/3 of one of the plants. Don't know if they will make it as they look very sad...

Always healthy and on time arrival! I am buying all my plants and trees from fast growing trees, my whole family buy from them.
I ordered the Meyer Lemon Tree. It shipped fast. But once it arrived it was completely ruined and broken to include the dirt I ordered. It was spilled all inside the box. I did call to report this and the service rep was kind and did send another tree. But when that tree arrived, it was also broken. So I paid for 2-3 ft tree but never got it. I give up.

I ordered 9 Leyland Cypress at 2-3' size. The delivery arrived thrown any which way on the driveway. Trees were damaged and boxes were partially crushed. I called customer service, they said they'd make it right. A couple weeks later 1-2' trees arrive. I took picture next to measuring stick as they requested (I guess to prove I wasn't lying), and then it was one more thing after another as the trees lay dying. I paid for a size larger and got a size smaller! Not ordering again from this place.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
