I ordered a 3 to 4' Red Japanese Maple tree for $69 and what I got was a twig with barely a root ball with sick looking leaves riddles with holes. I wouldn't paid $9 for it if I'd seen it for real instead of the beautiful glossy pictures on their web site. You can do WAY better going to a local nursery or even WalMart or Lowe's. NEVER AGAIN! The best they would is a 50% discount but that's still money for nothing because it's worthless to me
We're very sorry that your tree wasn't what you expected! Keep in mind that we are a nursery and are selling young plants so this is pretty typical of a 2-3 ft plant. We're glad we were able to help with a discount!
Sent me dead plants I called the day I opened them and was told to let them get used to the environment. It had nothing to do with the environment the plants were sick. Very sick. It took me a week and a half to get my issues resolved. Like pulling wisdom teeth to get a response from them and get my money back. Horrible inwill never buy from them again

I paid $20,00 for 1-2 day delivery. Ordered on Monday and did not receive tree until following Monday, Was pretty beat and dry up by the time it was received. I feel I should get my $20.00 guarantee 1-2 day delivery fee back.

Spoke with an agent over the phone about question of my recently purchased tree. Explained that after planting my tree as directed the product wasn't adapting to the environment. Answered all my concerns and guided me on what to do and not to do to help the tree regain its life if it had gone into the protection phase.
I ordered ten 7-gallon wax myrtle trees which shipped on 6/9 with an original estimated arrival of 6/16 (7 days).
Within a couple days, that estimate changed to 6/18 (9 days).
One box (2 trees) arrived on 6/19 (10 days).
The other four boxes (8 trees) arrived on 6/20 (11 days).
I'm not certain if this is typical with shipped plants, but 10-11 days without sunlight or water didn't do the trees any favors. All trees had a significant amount of dead leaves & branches. Three trees were in such bad shape that they had only a few branches with green leaves remaining.
After 10 days of watering 3x per day, the 7 healthier trees have some new growth and look like they're going to make it. Two of the 3 nearly-dead trees are finally showing some new growth, but do not look at all healthy. The last tree has so far not shown any new growth.
These trees were expensive, being 7-gal vs the typical 3-gal. I paid that expense in order to get a head start on my privacy screen. Now I'm going to have to wait for these trees to recover - if they all survive - to get back to their original size. Given my experience, the price was not worth it.
I am extremely pleased with Fast Growing Trees. The selection is great, the plants are shipped quickly and with care, and there is usually a very good selection of cultivars.
My 900.00 dollars worth of trees arrived Looking pretty good. Had pre dug holes, bought everything to give them the start they needed, per site suggestions. One day after planting saw webbing, leaves drying out quickly. Didn't know what it was, bought 3000k ladybugs to no affect, sprayed natural bug spray water, drop of dish soap 3 tablespoon vinegar, no help. Daily rinsing leaves with water, began seeing webbing on surrounding plants. Finally forced to use harmful spray, we have created a living sanctuary for over 40 types of birds, different butterflies, we grow our food with our flowers and trees so even though these trees were down from the garden it has damaged ALL of or vegitation. We are sending pics to fast growing trees, but they didn't put our review up which is a sign they are disingenuous, and they don't really seem to care. They sent an email that says send pics and may we can help, really? Maybe? Of we lose food, birds and now have a forget battle if them they are in for a battle. This isn't Acceptable in any way, we never had ANY bugs of any kind, we have frogs and toads, and chickens as well that All help the natural ways.
One completely dead within days, pink weeping cherry 4-5 ft
The second tree in the original order was a pink dogwood 4-5 ft and you could scratch the bark, and there was no green underneath on more than half the tree. The rest of the branches had very few leaves and a lot of broken branches. Today there are 6 green leaves left. I can't see the tree making it another few weeks.
We didn't buy the warranty when purchased, so we paid a 25% premium plus the warranty price.
They honored the warranty for both right away, but there were no pink dogwoods until September, so I said I would wait.
One replacement of the pink weeping cherry had to be one size larger and we paid the difference for a 5-6 ft. When it arived there were half as many branches as the first one, and half of those were completely broken the rest were all hole eaten
Second replacement sent a larger pink weeping cherry tree 6-7 ft., this looked even worse then the two previous ones. It had branches completely broken off and a lot of leaves laying in the box. This tree might make it, I will hold judgment until next spring 50/50.
We did have another separate order originally for a white dogwood which arived in very good shape and is still in very good shape
There costumer service is great, very pleasant and very efficient. Also they handled everything in the process very quickly. I don't know if it is the time of year, or the warehouse picking and packing but the products i would not say are the greatest when they arrived.

2 of the 4 trees I received will probably die. The leaves were like potato chips on arrival to me. Not pleased.

Order does not match with product shipped. Money spent is not worth
Could have gotten a more establish tree somewhere else with a much lower price. The tree arrived with a few leaves on it and eventually, it died. Unfortunately, I do not have a 1- year warranty.

The shipping was a problem, I am surprised the made it at all
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
