I purchased 2 tree's, a dogwood, and a korean lilac. The trees were packaged well, and are doing very well. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience.
I was very skeptical as to how 4 to 5 foot starter trees will be packaged and shipped. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! They came very well packaged and when I took the trees out of the box the soil was STILL MOIST. The leaves were healthy, green and vibrant. I cannot wait until next season to see if my Crape Myrtles were actually "FastGrowing." I will update a year from now 7/16/21
First tree looked horrible on arrival, and planted immediately, as directed. It did not last at all, died in days. Company would not issue a refund, only a store credit. Ordered another tree, not a replacement because they were out of them, but something else, and it never made it to me, the package was damaged in shipment. Had to reach out to company to get another tree, and asked that it be shipped June 28/29. Well, they forgot! So finally, they shipped out the tree, right before the July 4th weekend, so by the time I got the tree, the leaves had black spots all over them, and it died shortly after planting. I reached out to the company and no one has responded!

Quick delivery and my apple trees were in great condition. They have been planted for 2 weeks now and are doing great.
The trees arrived in perfect condition, very fast delivery and a exceptional rose tree, i recommend this product.
Bought 20 of the 1-2 ft green giants. Had about a 50% death rate due to the transit from SC to San Diego and the different climate and soil conditions here. FGT promptly replaced the dead trees. During that time a few more bit the dust but am waiting to see how the replacements thrive. The replacements looked to be more mature so I have high hopes for them, but time will tell on how they adapt. Looking forward to getting a "green wall" in a couple of years.
I ordered 4 trees and they all came almost dead. Planted immediately and 1 week later none survived. Contacted customer service 3 times no answer.

Showed up damaged, I sent pictures of it being damaged and told you about it and the answer I get is give it a few months and let us know if it is ok. Very bad customer service. Don't plan to buy from again.
I recently had to have an order turned around in mid shipping because I could not take delivery the week it was scheduled to arrive. The gentleman on the phone was more than accommodating and the problem was solved. I will never hesitate to call for assistance when I need it.
The tree came quickly and was packed neatly and easy to unpack. The directions on planting were clear and 3asy to follow. My tree has already shown signs of new growth. We are very pleased.
$7.99 for over sized shipping for each tree, and they put 2 trees in 1 box and that smashed the tops of both, and it was plain to see they tried to fold the elm tree 180 degrees to fit and realized it wouldn't work so they cut it to fit the box, they also cut the honey locust to fit? Very poor shipping but then fed x driver flips box end over end because he's in hurry and that hurt them even more, or is that supposed to help? Very $#*!ty experience will not ever order from this company again..

Tree died within the week. Planted it exactly per instructions. Too much money lost.
Quick service but box was damaged upon arrival. Inspection found top 3 inches of the tree snapped off. I would have expected either a double walled box or a dowel or something inside the box to protect against this issue.
The two mullberry trees I ordered arrived quickly and in great shape. They are already growing new leaves and branches. The tri-volor Willow shrub, also arrived quickly and doing well.
I had ordered from STARK previously, and was greatly disappointed in shipping time and product quality. I will not order from them again. However, I will most definitely order from FastGrowingTrees again.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
