Pomegranate tree arrived in excellent condition but smaller than expected.

My wife's bday gift of a Meyer Lemon and Heritage Raspberry arrived amidst the recreant 109º heatwave packed well, but greatly in need of water as they were not wet. The raspberry is essentially dead, being replaced- once again by ground transport that takes 6-7 days from them to our Seattle-area home.
The Meyer Lemon is "ok", but I am fearful a few weeks down road of its health. The raspberry bush I'll trim, some TLC and see if it ever comes back to join the replacement on Way to us.

I was a bit skeptical of ordering trees and plants thru the mail but my pear tree arrived in beautiful condition and is thriving in its new home. The plants arrived quickly and safely.

I was missing the root rocket packet in my shipment with my tree and the customer service rep was quick to make it right and ship a new one out to me!

My item was delivered in a timely manner. I enjoy the website a lot. The item that I ordered was planted immediately and waters. From there we had rain so it was naturally waters but the plant has a lot of dead leaves. Forward a couple of weeks after having contacted FastGrowingtrees.com to express my concern, which they said this is natural for some plants due to stress and they will return to normal and my plant does seem to be regaining its color and strength. Still too soon to make a judgment on how well the plant does but I appreciate the quick response back from them.

Very fast delivery and had what I wanted After planting the trees and shrubs they had leaves new leaves on them in two weeks

I sent several photos of the tree, a red oak, showing the broken branches and did not hear back. Many of the branches are totally bare.

Received the trees in good health and on-time. Planted couple weeks ago and they are healthy.

It came very protected and looked really healthy I will be ordering palm trees again soon

The gal who took my call was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had been looking for a particular tree for quite some time. It arrived in just 5 days and in great condition. We planted the tree right away and it seems to be growing very well. It's been over a month so I'm sure if there were issues I would have seen them by now. Great price, great service

I ordered 3 tea plants and a lingdonberry plant. They were all looking really good when I got them and still are doing good.

It took me too long in choosing what I wanted to buy, there are some flowers this company doesn't have, also, not all of them are for the zones they say, but I respect all the work they do taking care of a lot of nature/they have.
