I purchased three trees…two out of three are not doing well ay all. I contacted customer service who walked me through the process…my message was sent but never received any message from customer who now claims that they had never received the message, though i received confirmation. I will attempt to contact them again.
As far as a shipping experience the website is very easy to use, and have great information about the plant or tree someone is my purchase. Also their customer service is very nice and helpful, when need. I have recommend them to others.

I had a problem with a few of the trees I purchased and after sending in photos, they immediately sent out replacements. Great company!
I recently bought two cherry trees - a Bing and a Montmorency. When I opened the box the Montmorency was on top and the Bing was smashed underneath it. What few leaves the Bing had were torn off. While I wasn't happy, I assumed both trees would be okay and I planted them. In less than a month the Bing was dead. 20' apart, exact same planting conditions, water, weather, etc. One is thriving and the other is dead. When I got in touch with customer service there were some messages back and forth, photos sent, etc. before they acknowledged the tree was dead. All I had to do is retroactively pay them another $40 for a warranty and they'd refund my money. That's insane. They shipped a bad product and want more money to make it right. Look, I know that there's likely a good amount of customer error with something like live plants, but I did everything right in this case. I should have complained when I first opened the box and saw the damage from shipping. I mistakenly believed that it would be okay and if it wasn't they'd make good on it. My bad. Now I know what kind of business it is. Give it some thought before you give them your money. There are other options available.

I placed this order and the FedEx Center in Ocala said it came damaged and it was sent back. I re-ordered it and it made it as far as that same FedEx Center but never to my house. I was refunded the amount of purchase, but I would rather have received the bushes.

I had ordered two tress and one tree arrived not looking good, it came out of the pot and soil was everywhere, but when I sent them a picture and an email, I immediately got another peach tree and the customer service was very prompt. I will be buying from them again.
The plant was so well packed and arrived quickly. It is presently planted and I'm hoping for blooms soon. I'm looking forward to having beautiful gardenia flowers.

I have already purchased last year a kousa dogwood and wisteria tree they are doing fine.
One box came crushed. 3 trees have broken branches. Couple others have some some dead branches. May be ok. Too soon to tell.
Ithough I was getting 10 trees for the 144 but just received 1. They wanted a photo but I do not have a camera. I am sure it was all legal but read very carefully. Buy beware
It looks like you selected our 4-5 ft tree and not the 10 pack of 1-2 ft trees. We are so sorry for the confusion!
The plant that was delivered had wilted, dry crunchy leave and all the flower buds were dead or dying. When I called customer service the person brushed me off telling me it probably just needed water.
We're so sorry to hear how your plant arrived! Shipping stress can cause plants leaves to wilt and even drop off, but they almost always make a full recovery! Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Purchased plant arrived late dried out and baren of leaves. Contacted company and they replaced at no charge within 3 days
Elvis my representative was a terrific help in choosing my plants for my home. I was pleased with the fast delivery and I took the insurance and it was easy to replace my plants that did not survive with the insurance it as not stressful! Great job

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
