I bought two Christmas Palms, they were shipped in a well sealed box and arrived very healthy. It's been about a month since I planted and they look amazing.

The gentleman, Elvis, explained about tree and planting. He was patient and kind. I will buy from them again

I ordered two trees a month back. I received them as not happy trees after delivery delay. I shared the pics online on fastgrowingtrees.com portal and finally they ordered two replacement, again waiting for two days now to receive a tree based on the delivery date promised earlier. Let's see if I am going to get the trees in good shape.

The tree arrived in horrible conditions. There were no blooms and the leaves were wilted/dying. Do not order from this company because you will not receive what's in the pictures, false advertisement.

Expensive but was in great shape and healthy when I received my tree.

I received two boxes and one was opening up a little bit, the plants seemed jossled a bit much and they had some dried leaves. The other box was fine and the plants inside were fine also! I have planted everything and they are all growing now!

Great the trees where great and super fast service

I contacted FGT bc 1 of my 4 pear trees appears to be dying. I was asked to send pictures I had already sent, but resent anyway, and never heard back.

Tree arrived with a dry root ball and dead tips. It has proceeded to die further on my deck. The company's 30-day guarantee is worthless. I will never buy anything from Fast Dying Trees again.

My trees arrived healthy, no wilt or dead yellow leaves. I have planted them ad a couple weeks later they are doing incredibly well!
Can't wait for them to bear fruit (there are several buds so hoping I might get some this year!).

All the tropical trees that I ordered came well packed and are not just growing fast but thriving, I am very happy with the purchase I made.

Received trees very quickly! Trees were packed very nicely and were in great shape when I received them! Don't recall if it was FedEx or UPS that delivered, but they delivered to the wrong address and the box was damaged from rough handling!

The trees arrived packed in the box but when they were taken out all of the root balls fell apart and it was hard to plant them. Right now they are struggling to take hold. I was under the impression that they would arrive in burlap ready to plant the entire ball. Hopefully they survive.

Ordering, packaging, shipping all went as expected. My only critique is the way the size of the plants is described online. Pot size really isn't useful to the general consumer. Just stop. Nobody has ever said, "I need a new, one quart plant…"

I want to know how tall (and wide) the plant is. If you can tell me the age of the plant, that would be a bonus. In the case of a fruit tree, let me know when I can expect it to bear fruit. These are the descriptors that would be useful to me,,, much more so than the liquid capacity of the pot it sits in.

The tree is wonderful. Less than 2 weeks after receiving it, we are enjoying great fragranced blossoms. I followed the planting instructions and couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience for ordering and shipping to the product.

I purchased a Sugar Maple tree as a memorial gift to a dear friend when her father passed away. Tree was beautiful, packing and instructions for planting were perfect.

Purchased twice, trees and flowers all ended up dead

I purchased three trees…two out of three are not doing well ay all. I contacted customer service who walked me through the process…my message was sent but never received any message from customer who now claims that they had never received the message, though i received confirmation. I will attempt to contact them again.

As far as a shipping experience the website is very easy to use, and have great information about the plant or tree someone is my purchase. Also their customer service is very nice and helpful, when need. I have recommend them to others.
