I have purchased several trees from FastGrowingTrees.com. All have been healthy and shipped quickly.
Unacceptable quality of plants upon arrival! Plants were wilted and with brown spots! Trying to obtain a refund has been a night mare. Pictures have been sent and with no vail of my refund! Dispute has been filed with PayPal! Horrible experience! False advertisement about guaranty and quality! Never purchase plants again

Tree arrived damaged by shipping, no fault of seller. They immediately shipped me a new one.
My experience is not a good one. First off my trees came brittle with no leaves at all and we're supposed to be 3-4 feet and were more like 1-2 ft. Second my 2 trees came in a box together with the pot wrapped and zip tied in a bag and most of soil came out and was in the bag loose. Contacted support to receive a refund but instead was sent 2 more trees that were just as bad and they said to check if the trunk is alive by scratching it to see if under was green and it was. But that's not the point I spent over 100 dollars each for these trees because the site shows healthy beautiful flowers on them but they don't even have leaves let alone flowers. Very unsatisfied with this company and still trying to get a refund.

Purchased apple 3 in 1; pear tree 3-in-1, persimmon, peach and pomegranate trees. All they are doing well. One was shipped with a broken branch and it was replaced with a brand new one within a week. Happy so far with the products and great customer service.
I have ordered around 10 fruit bearing trees and bushes that have all arrived on time and looking very healthy. I'll have to wait and see how they produce, but for now I am very pleased.

The plants arrive healthy with strong roots. Shipping tends to damage the top growth due to rough handling of the boxes. I highly recommend the purchase of the insurance.
There customer service help with all my questions and if I had a problem they took care of it right away. I recommend them I had a couple trees that didn't make the shipping and they were replaced right away.
The tree came dead and upside and when I called they said they can't do anything.

So I bought 20 trees and only 18 made it. I asked for the other two but never got an answer back. I also bought 9 hydrangeas and three of them, the most expensive, are dying days after the delivery. It is hit/miss.
No expedited shipping- plants taking too long to get to me- dead when they come. Can't handle the heat of summer in a box for 7 days.

I bought a 3 gallon monstera and a 1 gallon parlor palm. I was very impressed with the way they were packaged. Both arrived healthy and gorgeous. I've ordered online plants before, and these were by far the most robust and more mature than I've gotten anywhere else

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.

We're very sorry for how your plants arrived! We are an outside nursery so blemishes on leaves will happen but we are always treating our plants to ensure there are no diseases or pests. It looks like this has since been resolved!
