We sent the Chicago Hardy Fig Tree to my daughter in Chicago as a housewarming gift. It arrived in great condition, had at least a half-dozen figs almost ready to eat, and she was delighted! SHE WOULD NOT EVEN ACEPT MY COUPONS TOTAL OF SIX THAT I HAVE. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH HER SERVICE AND DESIDED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWARE ELSE. ALL I WANTED WAS MY 3 BOTTLE NECK TREES FOR ALL THIS TROUBLE.

The shrubs and plants I received were poorly packaged. In fact, it looked as though someone had taken the shrubs and just thrown them into a box and sent them off. They came upside down, bent and crushed, wilted, and two were/are dead. I could never recommend this site to anyone.

My tree arrived safely and is growing well. It is still in the container waiting to be planted, but it is thriving with an abundance of new growth.
The person I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable about bamboo. I was told by a local nursery that bamboo was an invasive species and they could not sell it. The salesperson for Fast Growing Trees said just to plant it in an enclosed trough or similar and it would be fine to use as a barrier between our patio and our neighbors. He also said we could eat the new sprouts that had not been exposed to sunlight if we boiled them first.
I got my condo avocado almost 2 months ago and it is going strong, even showing signs of new growth.
The plant was larger than what I expected and super healthy! It's grown many leaves already in a few week. Packaging was awesome! No damage at all!

I expected larger plants. I planted all. Immediately with plenty of garden soil. Only one looks healthy and one looks dead
Upon a week of arrival the two willow trees we purchased shed all their leaves, the small tree barely had any when it arrived. We're hoping one of them will survive, the small looks completely dead.
Plants arrived dead TWICE and all the customer service people were interested was in getting multiple angles of dead plants. They were wilted and BROWN. Not coming back to life!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
