The local stores were out of Willow Trees. The trees from fastgrowingtrees.com had trunks had trunks about 1/2" in diameter, and a plastic pot about a gallon size. Home Depot had Willows earlier in the year with 5 gallon pots and trees with a 1" diameter trunk for less than $100.00.

I very much liked that customer service was excellent in terms of communication. You could call and get an answer to your questions.
However, I was surprised how these expensive trees came in a long narrow box. Two were sent in just one of those boxes. There was nothing much to them and they looked very scraggly. The root balls couldn't support the trees, even when placed in a pot, without leaning them against something. I was concerned that the trees had torn themselves from their roots. In Santa Fe heat and sun, the trees need all the roots they have. Have to see how they do.
We ordered two palm trees and two banana trees for our home in Oklahoma. The trees were shipped quickly. I did not have to contact customer service
I talked to an on-line chat bot who gave me good advise about what I wanted. I ordered it and it arrived, well packed, within a few days. It looked a little ragged when I unpacked it. But what would you expect for something that has been in the back of a FedEx truck for a couple of days. After a couple of days in the sunlight it is looking very happy!
On my 3rd tree the first 2 died. This one is doing great. Customer service was very good and I do love the tree.

I spoke with Elvis about a month ago about the poor condition of the first tree I bought from you last year. (This year I bought 2 more). I sent photos of the brown, dying leaves and he advised me to mix in nitrogen with the soil, and that "... all the brown on the leaves will be gone in two weeks, and that the leaves would turn green again until Fall when they will change into beautiful colors." Instead of improvement, and using the nitrogen as directed, the tree now looks much worse. Not one leaf has changed back to green, and the ones still on there have gone limp and are beginning to shrivel up. PLEASE DO NOT POST THIS as a review. I had to accept letting you use this review so that I can submit it. Please disregard the "AGREE" box. It is merely feedback to let you know that the maple is not doing well, nor is it responding to the recommended treatment.

Not sure how I feel at the moment because both trees all not doing well. Hopefully they will turn around soon and I can then be totally satisfied. The leaves are looking dried our of the edges, but perhaps this is just shock from the transplant. Watering is not the issue?

I've ordered several times, always with the one year warranty. The quality of the trees and packaging is variable... always good but not always excellent.
I've been buying trees from FGT for quite some time now, and their customer service is always top-notch. I had a couple trees show up in bad shape and they were quick to replace them.
Exactly what I was looking for. Tress were well protected. Root ball was in good shape, ready to plant!
Every plant I've gotten here have thrived, prices are good the product awesome, though they didn't send the fertilizer packet they said was with or should come with the trees I've bought.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
