Very pleased with the purchase, and delivery looked like a good company to go through
I bought a star magnolia and received plant is short time. Although I immediately planted tree when I received it, star magnolia was in extreme shock and did nothing for over a month. I informed company and sent photos. They sent me another star magnolia with more roots and now has new leaves on it. (Good customer service) However, both star magnolias are only about foot tall so price was very expensive for such a small tree. (Too pricey)
I have purchased butterfly bushes, a rainbow eucalyptus and a lime tree in separate orders.
All arrived quickly and in good condition.
All are still alive and doing better than plants and trees I've purchased locally!
(The shrubs are thriving despite a delay in being planted by about a week, and during a particularly hot and dry spell this summer.)

I purchased several trees to plant before leaving town to go back to school and after about a week of waiting(far more than I expected) the first of three boxes arrived and it was crushed and had holes on the box so I rejected the delivery and was very disappointed. The other two boxes were never attempted to be delivered I'm not sure if that is from me rejecting the first one or if it was a problem with fedex. Now it's been over a week I'm out of town and I've had a phone conversation with fast growing trees about when I should be expecting my refund and so far I haven't gotten a single word back from them. Extremely disappointing service so far as the customer I should have been refunded by now I understand it takes time but after more than a week and a phone call and the fact that I never accepted the package I'm beginning to really lose patience.
My azaleas arrived very quickly and were in great shape. All three were in bloom and there was no distress on any of the foliage. They are thriving in my backyard now and I couldn't be prouder.

Website was easy to use and order the trees/bushes that I was looking for. It was easy to order and check out was smooth. Will be returning to the site when I am ready to order other trees.
The local stores were out of Willow Trees. The trees from fastgrowingtrees.com had trunks had trunks about 1/2" in diameter, and a plastic pot about a gallon size. Home Depot had Willows earlier in the year with 5 gallon pots and trees with a 1" diameter trunk for less than $100.00.

I very much liked that customer service was excellent in terms of communication. You could call and get an answer to your questions.
However, I was surprised how these expensive trees came in a long narrow box. Two were sent in just one of those boxes. There was nothing much to them and they looked very scraggly. The root balls couldn't support the trees, even when placed in a pot, without leaning them against something. I was concerned that the trees had torn themselves from their roots. In Santa Fe heat and sun, the trees need all the roots they have. Have to see how they do.
We ordered two palm trees and two banana trees for our home in Oklahoma. The trees were shipped quickly. I did not have to contact customer service
I talked to an on-line chat bot who gave me good advise about what I wanted. I ordered it and it arrived, well packed, within a few days. It looked a little ragged when I unpacked it. But what would you expect for something that has been in the back of a FedEx truck for a couple of days. After a couple of days in the sunlight it is looking very happy!
On my 3rd tree the first 2 died. This one is doing great. Customer service was very good and I do love the tree.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
