Tree not like pictures. Very small not pruned correctly. Disappointed with quality.

Nice well packaged plants but a little pricey. So far so good. We will see if they come back up healthy next year since they were planted late August.

The quality of the bamboo stalk I purchased was good. I accidentally ordered a second item and when I contacted Customer Service they quickly removed it and credited my card right away.
Disappointed the picture shown for the bamboo were not what I had received. Yes, the pictures they have online do say ‘picture of mature bamboo' but they don't have a picture of what you'll actually receive. Also, all pictures on the website show multiple stalks and you only receive one stalk. Maybe I missed that in the description, but I was disappointed I only received one stalk for the price I paid.

The trees came quickly and I planted them that same day. It's been a few weeks and the trees are healthy. Looking forward to next year when they start producing.

I ordered 3 trees that were ship in the same small boxes with other items I ordered. Packaging was horrible. One of the trees arrived out of the pot all smashed. You are better off going to a local nursery to get them. Trees are way too expensive for the poor quality I received. I have never been so disappointed in my life.

Boxes were delivered all banged up, most all of the citronella plants had no new growth on them. Trying my hardest to save the ones that did. 50% are just bare stems. Very diaspointing. Sent an email to you with the order number and problem and never received a response.

I'm on my second tree so we'll see how it goes. I'm a little surprised usally there have a few branches and leaves but not these two.

Plants arrived in poor condition. The Quaking Aspen tree had black splotchy spots, and the Rhododendron had brown leaves and was sickly. The rose bush was small and misshaped. The only bush that was in good condition was the azalea.

Bought three plum trees, two pomegranate, and three apple trees that were all hardy up to zone 9. Half of the trees looked really sick when they arrived. It's been 2 weeks and it looks like all recovered except for the apple trees which have lost all leaves and may not make it. Perhaps it was too hot to plant them here this time of year (mid summer zone 8b). Bummer

When we got our Mango tree, it looks a little rough but I put it in the ground anyway. A week later, it never recovered and even with the root treatment, it seems like it's not going to make it.

Good looking trees. Grow fast. With little care needed

Our new Red Flame Maple tree arrived a few days after I ordered it. The instructions were simple and it was easy to put in the ground. I look forward to watching it grow over the years.

I was worried because of a Fed Ex delivery problem, but when it arrived I was very happy with it. It has flowers on it and looks very healthy.

Tree was eaten by bugs and dropped all of its leaves. No response from customer service.

My tree arrived just in time as expected. Love it.
