Very friendly and helpful. Prompt shipping of a very healthy 3 gallon size tree. Arrived within 3 days ready to plant with helpful instructions.

This was my first time buying from them. I limited my buy to 4 plants, 2 x 2 gallon and 2 x 3 gallon. Delivery was much quicker than I expected. Plants showed up in a generally good condition, considering they were delivered in the scorching Texas heat. One of these guys looked a little worse for wear (a large yellow twig boxwood) but the others were great. Left them in their pots for a week before planting. I was a little concerned about the boxwood but after 3 weeks he recovered well and is doing great. Speaks volumes to the quality of their plants themselves. I will definitely buy again.

Had my trees in the ground for about 2 weeks now. Other than minor deer damage they look good.

There have been a few times where I have received the boxes and contents practicly crushed / broken.

Two years I have order and for two years I did not receive what I ordered and when they arrived the were beat up so bad that the could not be revived. I have ordered six different plants all but one dead. The one that didn't die wasn't even one I ordered. What is the deal?

Trees arrived broken. Tried planting them and all three died.

After no luck finding a mulberry tree locally, I found FastGrowingTrees and called. The man I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The tree I ordered arrived quickly and in great shape. I had a few questions, called again and was helped by a very pleasant woman.

I am glad I had insurance on a tree that died because I needed it. The tree died in just a couple of months … but they gave me compensation based on the insurance I had bought. It all worked out great,…. And I have a new tree growing where the old one died.

Both trees arrived in 1 box, having the roots of both very very loose from travel and packaging. We were able to plant the miracle berry bush and it seems to be ok for now but the cashew tree was the worst of the two and is not doing very well. I think having some additional packaging inside the box to keep the trees from moving around so much in traveling could have greatly helped prevent the issue.

Baby trees arrived quickly & in good condition! Received good advice from FastGrowingTrees on how to care for them until we are ready to plant.

Ordered a draceana corn plant. It came with one major shoot broken. Many leaves were bent with the main rib in the leaf broken so the leaves would droop and not stand upright normally. Many leaves had brown tips, indicating poor watering practices. One stalk had a large area of the bark scraped off. All 3 stalks had very little roots on them. It will be a miracle if my $130 plant lives.

First time buyer finding the website easy to shop. The trees and packaging were exactly as described, but delivery time was 5 days, not the 2 day delivery advertised.

I ordered twice in one day! The site was easy to navigate and I got more than what I really wanted for my garden. I kind of wish there were some easy/simple pamphlets of 'fast care for your tree/plant' specific to the ones I bought, but the internet has that information if I need.

All my trees, all 20, died in 2 weeks. I watered them, planted them in the proper soil and did everything the directions told me to.

Everything arrived as expected although it was a little late. Everything was as expected though. No issues.

Fast-growing trees is certainly an apt title for this business. I received my lemon bush carefully packed in a soil-filled pot. It was a bit rumpled and some leaves had a white powdery dust on them (powdery mildew?). But after a sponge bath and a two-day stint in a sunny window, the bush already began sending out fresh shoots from the branch tips! About 10 days later, I transplanted it to a larger pot. Now every branch is producing new leaves.

Tree was great, it was a little wilted when I first planted it but it came around after a week.
