We received our tree quickly. But it had quite a few broken limbs on it and dead leaves. Looked like it's a hope and a prayer if the tree will make it. Root ball looked like it was covered by burlap but by the time we got it it was dry and the burlap was not attached. Unfortunately this was intended to be a memorial tree for my late son and I'm praying it takes off.
No problems. Trees arrived on time with fertilizer and instructions for planting, and in perfect shape. Planted them and they are growing nicely. They even had stakes attached to them so I didn't have to try to find something appropriate.
Took a chance ordering from a website I'd never heard of and it turned out to be a good gambe. The plants arrived quickly and in great shape.

In the fall of 2019 I planted a red dogwood from FastGrowing Trees. It is doing beautifully even in our Texas heat. In September of this year (2021), I planted two bay laurels. They are both doing well. All three plants arrived in excellent shape with nice green foliage and moist soil.
After purchasing a warranty to receive store credit for three plants that died within 1 month of delivery, Fast Growing Trees still has not replied to my messages. I paid additional fees to receive a credit for the dead plants - a refund is not offered. Fast Growing Trees has not indicated the credit is available to use. So far, I am out over $300 for dead plants with nothing to show for it.

I have loved everything I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees and all orders have arrived in great condition and are presently thriving on my property. There was just one order of shrubs that arrived in poor condition and I have come to believe that was because it sat in a hot delivery truck longer than was supposed too--certainly not the fault of Fast Growing Trees. The customer service was very quick to respond to this issue and willingly and cheerfully remedied the situation to my full satisfaction. I will no doubt continue ordering from this company and I highly recommend doing business with Fast Growing Trees!
I've been a customer for a few years now and out of the thousands of dollars in plants and trees I've purchased and a few hiccups along the way but no matter what the ALWAYS made it right.

I just got my tree two weeks ago and follow the directions enclosed. The bush came well packed and fast. I planted it and have been watering it. I only have it two weeks so far so good.

I've been buying plants and small trees from Fast-Growing-Trees in the past year and I'm very happy with this company. There was one time where a plant arrived with a broken limb, which is expected to happen during shipment, but let me say, they went above and beyond to replace and correct the order for me. They automatically put in a request for a new one after I sent in a picture. The way they package their plants is by far the best and everything leaves on time and arrives on time. I've never once had a dead plant or tree. I live in south Texas and usually it takes 3 to 4 days to receive their shipments. I am very pleased and will continue to shop from them.
By the way, when you order plants over the internet, during shipment, plants will get shocked and they may look dead upon arrival, but that's okay and to be expected. Simply water the plants and give them plenty of light (as needed) and they will grow back. Also consider that some plants are more sensitive than others so one plant may look vibrant after being in a box for 3 days and another may not.
My plants arrived 4 days later than when I was told to expect them. They were quite dry and the delivery person had the box standing upright so the loose dirt was falling out of the pots but because they were pack very well no damage was done. They were planted immediately and look happy.
It was all good. Tree arrived in a well packed box a little dry. Planted tree within 20 minutes. Tree looked good by the next day.
Nice easy to use website. Good categories and drop downs made it a cinch to use. Also a user friendly checkout that warned me to spend another couple of dollars to get free shipping. No bad surprises!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
