I'm trying to revive the avocado tree I received via FedEx. I tracked my order daily, and it sat at the Tracy, CA FedEx facility for five days. By the time I got it it looked in pretty bad shape, especially since we've had a heat wave. FedEx used to be good with deliveries, but we never receive our orders when they say they are going to arrive.

Both my new trees arrived in good condition and the size is perfect. Thank you

I was telling them that my tree was dead on arrival and they told me to take three pictures of it but when I got it on their website, I couldn't find anywhere to send the three pictures of my dead tree. Also saw that if send it back to them that they will charge me 25%. Never doing business with them again!

Very happy with the packaging and shipment of my fruit trees and shrubs! Everything was firmly secured in the boxes and everything I bought popped right up and looked lively very soon after planting them in soil and adding water. As advertised! I was Impressed!

We received our tree quickly. But it had quite a few broken limbs on it and dead leaves. Looked like it's a hope and a prayer if the tree will make it. Root ball looked like it was covered by burlap but by the time we got it it was dry and the burlap was not attached. Unfortunately this was intended to be a memorial tree for my late son and I'm praying it takes off.

No problems. Trees arrived on time with fertilizer and instructions for planting, and in perfect shape. Planted them and they are growing nicely. They even had stakes attached to them so I didn't have to try to find something appropriate.

Took a chance ordering from a website I'd never heard of and it turned out to be a good gambe. The plants arrived quickly and in great shape.

Three of six plants had leaves fall off. Planted anyway in hopes they will come out in a while. Stems seem green and viable.

We have three new trees and the are growing like crazy

Everything came fast and they are all super healthy.

The inventory is superb but when you say how ever long after the order has been placed, that is so not accurate. My order was almost 3 weeks later than stated. That wasn't good.

The trees were fresh and green, you just had a feeling they are going to do good.

My tree was dry and leaves withered. I'm not sure if it's going to survive.

In the fall of 2019 I planted a red dogwood from FastGrowing Trees. It is doing beautifully even in our Texas heat. In September of this year (2021), I planted two bay laurels. They are both doing well. All three plants arrived in excellent shape with nice green foliage and moist soil.

After purchasing a warranty to receive store credit for three plants that died within 1 month of delivery, Fast Growing Trees still has not replied to my messages. I paid additional fees to receive a credit for the dead plants - a refund is not offered. Fast Growing Trees has not indicated the credit is available to use. So far, I am out over $300 for dead plants with nothing to show for it.

I have loved everything I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees and all orders have arrived in great condition and are presently thriving on my property. There was just one order of shrubs that arrived in poor condition and I have come to believe that was because it sat in a hot delivery truck longer than was supposed too--certainly not the fault of Fast Growing Trees. The customer service was very quick to respond to this issue and willingly and cheerfully remedied the situation to my full satisfaction. I will no doubt continue ordering from this company and I highly recommend doing business with Fast Growing Trees!

I've been a customer for a few years now and out of the thousands of dollars in plants and trees I've purchased and a few hiccups along the way but no matter what the ALWAYS made it right.

5 star rating and super easy website to navigate through.

I just got my tree two weeks ago and follow the directions enclosed. The bush came well packed and fast. I planted it and have been watering it. I only have it two weeks so far so good.
