The tree was well packaged and in good shape when it arrived. The height was at or a little above what I expected. It has been in the ground now for about 10 days and is looking OK. Hope next spring it comes alert and looks to be established and growing.

I emailed customer service. They told me to send pictures and then said they said to water them and they should survive. They didn't look like the pictures.

2 house plants were held up in the delivery process, 1 was back-ordered. The 2 that I received were completely dry with soil all over the interior of the shipping container. The plants themselves were still alive and I immediately transferred to larger pots with fresh soil and watered completely. It was fortunate that I had larger pots and soil available, or it may have been a complete loss. Luckily, the plants survived and are thriving.

The plant was placed in too large of a shipping box. It was not secured so it was turned upside down and smashed breaking branches off and found in this condition when opened. Very distressed as this was a very expensive plant.

Tree was packaged to be protected and shipment came without damage.

I ordered these 3 - 4 ft Nellie Steven's hollies in the 10 pack bundle and every tree came properly packed and in very good condition, and within days of ordering. It was well worth money and my trees are planted in the ground and already showing growth within the first week!

Lost two older trees and wanted to replace them with something different. Had seen them these on a home tv show and really liked the color and the size of these. Made an order and they arrived very quickly. There were instructions with them in regards to planting that were helpful.

Trees appear healthy but somewhat "fragile" almost as if they won't make it. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Packaging was good and correspondence with company quite comfortable.

Was excited about getting our trees. When they arrived, 3 of the 4 were in bad shape. They were also packaged with the root ball on opposite sides of the box, which allowed growing medium to fall out of the pots. Luckily (I guess) Fast Growing replaced 2 of them. Another bad break. One of the two had its main stalk broken.
That one is getting replaced. We'll see what shape this one is.

Fast and easy! Plant was in great condition and very healthy.

What I expected. Delivered early. Tree was in excellent condition. Very pleased. It says a lot that they deliver every service as stated. I chose this site because of the wonderful reviews and now I'm adding mine. Green it up!

Not sure how to get my refund as there was no contact information.

I purchased two trees. One arrive healthy. The other was clearly not ok. Drooping leaves. Sent picture to customer service. Never got a response.

The three little fig trees arrived in very good condition and are already showing new growth.

I had a bad experience, it was my first order and didn't get it at the time they told me.

Easy check out. Tree arrived as promised. Looking good several weeks in.

It was advertised as to be received in 1 - 2 days but I didn't get it for 8 days. Half the leaves were in the pot and it was light so watered right away.

I do not have to describe much My over all experience is not very well.
