I bought 6 plants. Three of the six plants were abought dead when I got them. The packaging around the roots was very loose in a plastic bag and very dry. Two of them may recover but one is dead.
The other three plans look fine but one of them is just a single twig with a few leaves on it. It is definitely not what I was expecting for the money.
This is the second time I had a comlaint. If they do not resolve this one, I will never use them again.
I just ordered a tree and sent an email based on its condition (kind of stressed). The email bounced back with this message "our mailbox is full." Umm still waiting….
FGT has a great product. Their trees are Incredible, but this one came in probably 90% dead. While FGT is great the shipping takes to long and for living tree to be stuck in a box with no air for so long I think dies them bad. I potted the tree and hope it survives but it's not looking good. If your in closer range of FGT I say order as many trees as possible but I'm in California and shipping takes a while.
The product adds root growth fungi to the soil. So far, bushes are doing well.
7 ft plant order and arrived really sad looking. Contacted customer service to have to replaced but they insisted to plant it and give it 3 weeks. Well the plant is dead and i am out $240.
I was looking for an actual tree not a clipping and not a seedling. I opted for the biggest i could find and was please to see it was what expected. The only issue was Fed-Ex. Even though the tree came in a box that was well shielded I guess Fed Ex does not care when it says this end up. It appears the tree took a few tumbles in its trip half way across the country. The tree had a plastic bag around it so when all the soil was bounced out it at least stayed contained. So far so good, its not supposed to do well in Zone 5 but Im almost in Zone 6. I will need to cover it from Mid January to late February.

Boxes arrived damaged, held together by weak tape. Packaging didn't secure plants adequately in the boxes and two-plant boxes had crushed plants. One of the grasses I paid for was missing others were bent horribly and two were dead.

The package had large staples that were not secured and this opened upon delivery. Package was discovered opened and shrubs out of box. One tree and 4 shrubs were planted regardless of its condition. Two shrubs had nothing growing and looked dead. After over a week, the tree is fine and two of the shrubs are showing signs of recovery. The two dead ones show no sign of life. I will monitor daily and call customer service if the two continue to show no growth.

I bought several trees, over $1,000 order, and two of them dried out and died after arrival. I contacted customer support and they fixed the problem by immediately replacing them! I was amazed by how courteous the team was. The other trees did arrive beautiful and are doing great so far. I highly recommend shopping here! I'll be placing another order soon!

When i got notice of delivery my wife checked for the trees as i was at work. Nothing there. Notified fast trees and the delivery company. Well, we show them as delivered. Nope no trees. The entry to my farm is clearly marked and the mail box with my house number is right by the gate. Later the next day they were recovered from the delivery service and delivered to the house. Very dry and need of water. The mimosa tree lost all but one set of leaves. It's slowly recovering

The delivery took longer than expected. The box was beaten to hell in shipping. The Chinese Pistach tree looks dead. The leaves are all dried out and falling off upon arrival. The mimosa tree has no leaves. I have planted both, including the recommended products from Fast Growing Trees and hope the trees are both just "sleeping."

I'm trying to revive the avocado tree I received via FedEx. I tracked my order daily, and it sat at the Tracy, CA FedEx facility for five days. By the time I got it it looked in pretty bad shape, especially since we've had a heat wave. FedEx used to be good with deliveries, but we never receive our orders when they say they are going to arrive.

I was telling them that my tree was dead on arrival and they told me to take three pictures of it but when I got it on their website, I couldn't find anywhere to send the three pictures of my dead tree. Also saw that if send it back to them that they will charge me 25%. Never doing business with them again!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
