I received my tree in good condition. Called customer service with a question and they were very help full.

Fast Growing Trees has a great website, easy to navigate, lots of options, easy ordering, shipping and delivery was one of the best.

Ordering is easy. Website descriptions are very complete, allowing for well informed decisions. The plants come well packaged, with clear identifiers on what side to keep up. Plenty of printed material advises on proper planting, in case you want to hold something other than a smart phone while planting. Very good business.

It took so long to get the trees that all leaves were gone and root systems were out of the pots. I blame FedEx mostly for poor shipping, however I reached out to FGT and they responded two days later that I needed to email someone else.

I made a purchase and the first tree did not pan out. It was delivered in great condition but something didn't work and the tree stopped growing. I purchased the warranty and the process to redeem it was simple. Although the original tree was out of stock I used my refund for a different type of tree. I made an error on the shipping address which was quickly resolved by emailing customer service. The new tree arrived promptly and in good condition. So far so good, it has only been in the ground for a few weeks now. Looking forward to a beautiful tree in the years to come.

Really easy to use site with great products, though it didn't have the particular species I preferred -Thuja Occidentalis Nigra - I'm in zone 4 and I ended up with zone 5 trees because there wasn't a better choice.

I spent over $3,000 on trees and refused to spend another $800+ on guarantee.
Wish I had known that these trees are not guaranteed automatically. I would NEVER have purchased. They may or may not make it!

So my order showed up one of the trees. Was not in very good health and shortly after died I called them with know Response spend about an hour on hold

Quick and easy ordering online, good selection, great descriptions and tips as to where/how to locate, plant and care for plants, fair prices, fast and free delivery and the plants arrived in perfect condition, It's been about a month and all 5 trees are doing well and are showing new growth already. No complaints at all, will order more plants in the spring.

Arrived quickly and all my trees are doing well. The online purchase is easy and the descriptions and photos make the purchase simple.

The minosa trees and the crape myrtles were pretty dry out leaves were falling off. We water them and put them in the shade for a couple days. They seem to being doing okay now. It was in the High 90's when they were shipped so I think that was why they were dry.

I ordered 2 things. A tree which was shorter than it should have been (but nice looking) and a rose bush that came diseased. The customer service has been good but I wish the product was better.

I ordered four plants, all dead on arrival after NINE DAYS in transit, piled on one another in one box, no air, water for nine days. Yes I did get my money back with fine customer service. But, expecting a living breathing thing to survive nine days on a small box?
