The site is great, and the selection is great. The health of the trees (preshipping) is great. However, I ordered 5 trees between 3'-8' tall and all arrived damaged due to FedEx's handling of the packages. Arrived several days late, wilted, left in the hot sun (though instructions indicated they should be left in the shade), stored improperly (pot-side-up) so all my trees rested on their tender top growth and lost most of the soil from their pots into the plastic bag wrapped around each pot. Two trees had all new growth broken off of the top 1-2' of branches due to improper storage. One of the 5 trees was also the wrong tree.
I contacted FGT for help and they were very helpful. They wanted to wait on the damaged trees to see if they recovered, but issued a replacement for the incorrect tree.
Problem was, the correct tree had the same terrible shipping issue and arrived with the top half of the 3' tree broken off completely. When I contacted FGT again letting them know the new tree arrived broken in half and one of the other damaged trees had in-fact died, I got no response or offer to replace the tree, just a notification from PayPal of a refund for the dead tree, and no resolution with the new tree that was broken in half. It was disappointing and I felt a little jilted. All in all, I'm grateful for the refund of the dead one and I may be able to save the broken tree and eventually get some new growth started… but it's a lot more hassle and disappointment than I'd hope for for the money paid.
Great experience with ordering and choices, but the delivery was a disappointment. Late and the tree roots were dry. Planted it immediately and followed watering instructions.
The roses that you sent to me there were crap I would never ever will buy from you or any company that advertise on line your co. Sucks big time.
I purchased a condo Avocado tree as an anniversary gift for my daughter & son-in-law. They were extremely excited. Maybe we won't be hauling as many Avocados up from our house in Florida to Illinois.
Bought another cherry tree following the death of the one I had planted earlier this summer. New tree arrived with a dry root ball. All leaves had dried up and fallen off. Planted it anyway and waiting to see if it lives

When I open the shipping box I found one of the two Pawnee Pecan had separated from the root container. This meant that the tree roots were without any dirt to protect or keep it moist for 6 days. This tree doesn't seem to be thriving as well as its companion. I'm very satisfied that customer service is keeping up with this situation & will work with me if this tree doesn't live.
My order arrived on time, but the brown turkey tree's leaves were dry and most of them fell from the Tree. I emailed Fast Growing Trees with the Photo of the Plant and they replaced it right away.

I wasn't really expecting much as this was my first order through FastGrowing Trees. I have ordered from other companies and had received basically sticks that I would plant and pamper. So when I opened the box I was surprised to see a tree with green leaves! Now if I can just keep it alive...
The packaging was fine the plants however looked a little bit sad and the leaves were pretty worm and spotty. I planted the trees a few days later trying to see If they would perk up but they didn't so I went on and planted them both... we shall see

Our first time buying from Fast Growing Trees will definitely lead to more purchases. We were sent a healthy tree that arrived quickly and un-stressed. It has been planted for o week and a half and is showing no negative signs.
I've ordered a few times and so far so good. This last order was delayed but due to FedEx, not FGT fault. I emailed them to advise about the delay and they not only reshipped but provided a partial refund, above and beyond what I expected. Customer service was responsive and super nice, couldn't ask for more and will be ordering from them again.
Beautiful tree right out of the box and continues to amaze us with new flowers. Have never seen a mail order tree take to the ground as well as this. Awesome

Ordered & received Australian pines, as mentioned are fast growing, to block trucks, cars, basketball goal, and trampoline next door. Last week Planted them intermittently and put root rocket under each tree and mulch on top. Think they have already grown some!

Ordered avocado tree, called after 10 days. Was told order was never shipped said they would send another one right away. I canceled the order! 2 days later the tree showed up! You can imagine the shape it was in! All the leaves were either lying in the box, or fell off the next day! Doubt that it will live.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
