Immediately after purchasing the trees, they removed the listing of the larger volumes, effectively raising the price. I sent an email asking and never received a response
This was very easy, found what I needed quickly and received my shipment very quickly, found the instructions to plant the trees very easy. However one of the trees are now turning brown, all the other 9 trees are doing well.
As a first time customer, service started out rocky. 2 trees shipped in 1 box. In shipping, The Spruce tree root ball had destroyed all leaves of the Maple Tree. A Replacement tree of same, was out of stock. I could only get store credit, no refund. I was given no shipping allowance even though it was packaged improperly. Finally, The Maple came back in stock & was shipped to me free of charge. It's a perfectly healthy, larger tree & Im happy with the final outcome.
Trees were okay but it took a week for two replacements to arrive. I expected them to be dead, but they were not. They were dry as a bone. I soaked them for a few hours then planted them in good, moist soil with mulch on top. Hoping for the best.
I'm really happy buying plants and trees, the most common thing people are afraid is buying a plant/fruit tree and not knowing if is going to make it and all the money spend. I purchase a few grape plants, and fruit trees, also avocado tree, unfortunately the avocado tree did not survive. I call customer service, Emil a picture and they send me another one.

Better packing would be helpful as once I opened big long box it looked like part of tree was loosely intact to container it was in. So not sure if not enough topsoil was omitted from container or box was handled roughly and it spilled partially out. Other plant was fine. I made all work and was able to plant successfully.

Trees arrived 3 days later than expected. The larger of the two looked dead. A week after planting the smaller one shed its leaves, but started showing new sprouts before all of the existing leaves shed. 2weeks after planting the larger one is showing growth on 50% of the branches. I expect this tree is possibly stunted from the shock. I reached out to the company to discuss a refund, but since the tree isn't dead, not an option. These trees were very expensive, and I'm not confident that these trees will recover, let alone reproduce.

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!
Ordered a maple tree on line since I could not find one in stores. Tree was delivered well packaged and healthy. Time will tell re growth. I would order again.
I ordered a ten pack of the Thuja green giants. Four of them died (it was an unusually hot spring. The company honored its warranty with no questions. I used the credit towards another ten pack, which I planted in the fall, and seem to be doing well.
Bought a good sized Jane Magnolia. Arrived on time without any damage, but it appears that right out of the box the tree may have some kind of fungal infection, which is a little disappointing. I planted it anyways, with the hope that it survives and grows out of it. Time will tell.

Great packing. Great customer service. I even bought one bag of fertilizer this time. Here's to their success. I don't know yet. They are small and did all I could to have them successfully grow
We ordered a bunch of trees for our new home. I was impressed with the careful packaging. We got that first delivery in April. It's now October. All of the trees have taken well. There is over a foot of new growth on the green giants, and a couple of figs on the fig tree! The privet is as tall as me now! We were careful to make sure that all were watered and checked them all daily. I am so happy with my purchase. We recently placed a second order for a few more thuja green giants and they seem to be doing okay. I would definitely order again.
A few branches were broken in shipping, but I got them in the ground and they look off.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
