My 2nd tree was in a better shape than the first but they still are not putting a collar around the tree so branches are getting broken so it wasn't in the best condition, other wise I won't know till next year what I think about the tree!
Wrong plant received, they corrected it, but the shocker is very small plant for the huge price. Very poor quality plant.
I ordered a cold tolerant Hass avocado last August and took care of it as I would other Avocados I have planted. During the year I started seeing issues with it and called several times with emails since it appeared to be stagnant with little to no growth. I was told to wait so I did. Unfortunately as the year progressed the limbs turned black and left tips brown. I believe the tree was infected. FGT agreed to replace it but refused to refund my money even though I paid for the warranty. I was sent a replacement and it arrived dead. Calling back they agreed to send another however it is looking poor. I don't know if it will survive. So at this point I waited a year on a 5 foot plant that died. Then received a dead one now it's #3 and just dosnt look healthy. So yes I'm disappointed in the cost aggravation and time I put into a plant that was to produce fruit in a year.
Now I have several other Hass plants one I just trimmed down to 13 feet and another 6 foot both doing extremely well but they were not grafted. Clearly I can grow them in the same area but FGT avocados struggle and of course initially died. I think if #3 fails I will request a full refund which was initially denied because a year had just passed, even after airing my concerns throughout the year FGT states only the additional 40 dollars will be refunded out of the nearly 180.00 I spent.
I just see the plants as prone to disease at this point. #3 has been here a week and the top of it is still wilted over. I will give it another week.

We bought 8 crepe myrtle and all looked pretty awful when we received them. While we did get 5 replacement crepes, all but one of the replacements were also scrawny, had visibly diseased leaves and many had broken branches.
We also had a replacement tea olive tree sent and it was fine and is growing well.
Very disappointed in the quality of product.
Shopping was quick and easy. I got my plants in a timely manner. I ordered taylor junipers and sunshine ligustrum shrubs. One of the junipers has some type of mold growing on it. Aside from that, the trees looked good and healthy. However, the shrubs did not look so good. They looked nearly dead when they arrived.
I am always impressed at how quickly my order arrives and the packaging. I have purchased over 10-12 trees and shrubs and they all are thriving.
The trees were in pristine shape when we received them. We did everything we were instructed to do and beyond. Unfortunately, they all died. We were given store credit and will try planting a different tree this fall. The customer service we received was excellent. Every person we spoke with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made an unfortunate situation very pleasant. We will order all our plants from this company in the future.
Both orders were delivered partially and I had to reorder the missing trees. On the second reorder I was shipped two trees that were smaller than what I had originally ordered.
I would have given them a perfect score, except that the tree - a weeping cherry - arrived with yellowed leaves. I planted it the day it arrived, and the leave never did green up.
It's the beginning of Fall however, and so this might just be normal for this type of tree.

The trees shipped in a great amount of time, one dumped the dirt in shipping and one was missing but the customer service dept took care of it w/o question and no holds times when I called! The other four trees were accurate by height but fullness was pretty lacking when I found a couple of the same at the local nursery for half the price. Overall, they delivered on what they promised and service was great. I would use them again if it was a tree that I couldn't find locally.

This was very easy, found what I needed quickly and received my shipment very quickly, found the instructions to plant the trees very easy. However one of the trees are now turning brown, all the other 9 trees are doing well.
As a first time customer, service started out rocky. 2 trees shipped in 1 box. In shipping, The Spruce tree root ball had destroyed all leaves of the Maple Tree. A Replacement tree of same, was out of stock. I could only get store credit, no refund. I was given no shipping allowance even though it was packaged improperly. Finally, The Maple came back in stock & was shipped to me free of charge. It's a perfectly healthy, larger tree & Im happy with the final outcome.
Trees were okay but it took a week for two replacements to arrive. I expected them to be dead, but they were not. They were dry as a bone. I soaked them for a few hours then planted them in good, moist soil with mulch on top. Hoping for the best.
I'm really happy buying plants and trees, the most common thing people are afraid is buying a plant/fruit tree and not knowing if is going to make it and all the money spend. I purchase a few grape plants, and fruit trees, also avocado tree, unfortunately the avocado tree did not survive. I call customer service, Emil a picture and they send me another one.
You can buy and trust, they take care you right all way.
Better packing would be helpful as once I opened big long box it looked like part of tree was loosely intact to container it was in. So not sure if not enough topsoil was omitted from container or box was handled roughly and it spilled partially out. Other plant was fine. I made all work and was able to plant successfully.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
