Arrived well packed. Mine is a six-stem serviceberries, which you can grow more as a bush or as a tree. I was very happy with the multiple stems, but wonder what would have happened if I had wanted a single stem tree - I didn't see anywhere to specify what I wanted.

Ordered a 7 ft tree it arrived full of broken limbs and dead leaves. Basically just a stick in a box.

FedEx delayed the delivery for 3 days. One of the plants I bought was Red Dragon Japanese Maple. It was just a small plant with few leaves for $120. During the shipping process, many leaves turned to brown on the edges. For what we paid for, we certainly would hope this tree will grow to a beautiful one as shown on FastGrowingTree site.

Easy to use website, the tree came in a timely manner and in good condition, and is doing great after planting.

I received 8 norway spruce and 4 maple. Two of the maples had broken branches and they replaced them immediately.
They were all healthy and are still doing fine after several weeks planted.

The website offers pics of trees and pics that people have sent in of the trees they have recieved. All those are good. The first tree I received was a disgrace. I complained and received another tree which was better but still not up to par of what I expected considering pics on the website.My be on your pics say this is th potential your tree has - not thsi is what you will recieve.

Good value for my spend, butt he trees that I purchased were smaller than originally promised.

This is my 2nd order from you guys, buying multiple items each time. Most come in great shape. Some are looking harsh in shipping.

The plants I ordered were completely smashed and dried out in the box. I was supposed to receive multiple plants but only received one (although they claim all were sent). It was a terrible experience. I don't think I will order from them again.

I ordered 4 Dogwood Trees which took 11 days be delivered. The trees did not look good when they arrived. I immediately planted them and I hope they survive.

I have two more orders that have been 8 days in transit (2 days past original expected date) with now no scheduled delivery date on the FedEx tracking.

I guess in my mind when I decided I was paying $100ish dollars for a tree it would have a bigger diameter than a stick. It was the proper height but I was imagining something a little more substantial. I'm sure it will grow fine but I could have picked up a much more mature tree from the local nursery.

The plant I purchased was a gift and I thought it would be as pictured. Talk about false advertising! I was mortified when my friend sent me a photo of the plant she received!

The tree came in 2 days, reasonably priced, the size was as described, healthy roots, moist - exactly the buying experience I had hoped for.

After I received my tree I found the tree was a little tree 2 feet tall and three branches almost without leaves. When I spoke with the customer service guy that I want a tree 4 ft as I requested. I paid in total 107.00 dl that it was too much for what I received.

Plant/tree was shipped as company said - within 2 days - and I received just a couple days after that. It was carefully packaged. Plant/tree is doing well and has some some growing and rooting to do, but should be a beautiful addition when in a few years it's more mature!

Missy was excellent and helpful. She answered all my questions and had a GREAT sense of humor.
I received my 5 fig trees. Two of them I thought were questionable. I told them about the items. They quickly and without hesitation, shipped me 2 replacement trees at no cost to me and I kept the questionable ones.

Ordered my leyland cypresses yrs ago. 23 out of 24 grew to be big healthy giants.
