Easy to order, I spoke with representative on phone as delivery to be rural with no one there 3 days a week. Adjustments made to accommodate this. However, Order not sent out on Specific day jointly decided on but 2 days later and was told 3-4 day delivery time. It's now been 5 days since shipped and day expected shifted for 3 rd time. No idea when these 10 trees will arrive and their condition when they do. I did spend over $100 to get a guarantee that most nurseries provide for free, glad I did as they may be sitting boxed for several days until I get back out to property. I'll let you know more when I see their size and condition and see if the slightly lower price is worth it.

The tree (2 foot green giant arbor vitae) arrived curled up & never recovered when planted. I used a tomato cage to help but it slowly died. I contacted customer service, and I kept getting emails back that I need to use a tomato cage! The pics I sent show a tomato cage being used! I went back & forth with the "tree expert" with the same response every time… tomato cage. I gave up. I think that's what they wanted. I'm out $20 not a huge amount of $$ but frustrated with how dumb they were. I will not purchase anything from them again. I bought 16 trees in the spring & they did fine.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
