Ordering and delivery were ok. When the 6 foot tree arrived it was in a 12 inch diameter pot. We planted it immediately planted it and used the root rocket fertilizer. I cannot be either satisfied or disappointed until I see if the tree lives. We are taking very good care to keep it watered. Jury is still out.

I've ordered plants online before, so I have a good reference point and fair expectation of what a mail order plant looks like. Upon arrival, every leaf on the Hawaiian Ti tree had tears/ lacerations on it but looks relatively salvageable. The peace Lily was something else. I received an older plant. The flower itself was dead and blackened. The leaves were ripped and torn. It looked like it was left out to fend for itself for a long while. I gave this feedback to the company, and they told me this is normal for a plant in a box. If this were true, I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering plants by mail. However, there are other plant farm companies out there (through personal experience) who have shown way more love to their plants from its farm to its new home.
I have bought at least 7 trees/ shrubs. All lived and blossomed. I had one tree that arrived very damaged and customer service immediately replaced it.
The trees I ordered were green and very healthy. They look great in my yard.

I called and explained the problems I'm having and nothing works. The lemon tree has fruit flies and it's driving me crazy. I'm about ready to accept my loss and throw it out. You should of said you could get them while growing it in your home.

I called and explained that tracking had the package in a nearby hub, for what looked like 4 days, the person on the phone, said to continue to wait, and didn't offer to contact Fed ex, and the shipment still hasn't come. This is now weeks late, and likely the plant is dead. No word from Fast Growing Trees, and no plant. I am leaving for New York tomorrow morning, so no one here to intercept, if it does arrive.

The tree arrived 9 days after the tree was shipped and the leaves were yellow to brown. The tree was held up at the Fed Ex site for several days. So, this may not be the choice when sending plants that require water and sunshine.
The prices were good but it was hard to tell exactly what you're receiving based on the product photos.
Tree came in dead. They offered to send a new one. I waited. Now I receive an email that they are refunding the original purchase price because the weather has been unkind to my plant and I won't be receiving a replacement

It was our first experience with fast growing trees. The quality of the product was very good. Of course, we all would like to have the tree already in its mature height. But nature will take care of that soon. We are in a good location for sun and the tree is very healthy.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
