After much research I decided to spend the extra amount to get 3-4 Ft tall trees. They where priced at $199 for a set of 2. They shipped them the cheapest way they could which delayed delivery for 7 days. When they arrived the leaves had fallen off and where totally dehydrated and covered in ANTS. Don, t make the mistake of buying anything from them I wasted $1200. 00
Initially FastGrowingTrees made a major mistake in sending me trees much earlier than I requested. They sent them 6 weeks early! They owned their mistake and sent me a second order of trees free of charge and this time on the day I'd originally requested. I was very pleased.
Tree took 9 days to arrive, a little dry. Had been planted and so far ok.
The trees arrived in great shape. I'll know more next year about how well they do, but so far I'm very happy with them.
I was worried the plants would be in rough shape because the weather here had gone into triple digits. When they arrived they were wilted and I immediately planted them and gave them a drink. By the end of the day they had all perked up and were looking great.
I initially was very disappointed with the products that I received but I contacted customer service and the representative I dealt with was wonderful. She never made me feel as if I was just another complaining customer you'd want to silence but instead I felt like she too shared my thoughts and disappointment with the products I received and was very eager to make everything right.

Received the persimmon tree in a box about 8' in length. Opened the box to find the tree very well packaged and in very good condition. Tree was, and still is, heathy. Soil was moist. Planted the tree the next day and can't wait til next year (hopefully) for it to produce persimmons.
My experience was not very customer friendly. Fast grow reputation I thought that the customer service aspect was less than poo. I had to call numerous times someone from fresh grocer to contact me once it would pass seven days example once my products were delayed a representative should have reached out to me, as opposed to me calling customer service numerous times and speaking to numerous customer service representatives with one using laughter About the situation
The website is super friendly and easy to shop. I was able to find what I needed in a variety of ways which made it helpful to be sure I was getting what I needed.
Two dogwood trees have died after 2 months. Thujas i ordered were very small, not 1-2' as indicated. Only half the thujas survived 2 months.

I have had great success with fast growing trees! Easy online shopping, quick delivery. I'm able to track shipping, and the trees and plants I've purchased arrive well packaged. I had an incident with my fig trees (the delivery driver did not abide by the instructions to keep the box on its side) but customer service was wonderful and shipped me replacements within the week. Can't say enough great things about fast growing trees. If I had enough space for an orchard, I would buy more.

Love your site and your trees! The granny Smith tree we got is beautiful, was well packaged and got here quickly. This isn't the first time we got a tree from here and it won't be the last.
The trees came packaged 2 per box. They arrived looking healthy and the soil was still moist. After planting them, they immediately started thriving and they look great!

I was looking for some elderberry trees. I chose your trees because they are pretty big already. One of the trees even had a few little berries hanging on it. The combination of the two trees together solves the pollination problem. The trees were shipped quickly. I've planted them and protect them at night because of early frost and cold weather here in Montana. Now, I have another reason to look forward to Spring. I'm praying they make it. I never have bought any trees or plants online and I was skeptical to do so. I purchased 3 6'-7' red maple trees and couldn't be more satisfied with the way they came and have been since planting them. Definitely would by from here again!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
