I purchased a Miss Kim Lilac tree 5-6' along with the organic planting mix and root rocket fertilizer. The tree arrived quickly and was very well packaged however the root rocket and planting mix were both missing. I contacted customer support and they shipped me both at no additional charge. I followed the planting instruction exactly as described. The tree arrived Sept. 26 and the rest of the order on the 30th. Cust support said to wait for the booster before planting. I've checked the moisture daily. It is now 10-15 and the leaves have dropped. As long as it comes back in the spring it's all good. If not I will be using the 1 year warranty I purchased and will dig up and start over.

I'm very satisfied with the service and the items I bought. I bought 4 pieces and they came well packed, fresh and ready to be put in the ground. They all looking very nice and ready for the winter.
I will be buying more that's for sure.

I had purchased 3 shrubs from a local store.
After planting I liked them so much I decided to order 3 more this time when I was on the internet I saw Fast Growing Trees so ordered 3 more shrubs they arrived in terrible condition, as taking out if box a ton of leafs fell off. They were exactly the same brand as the original shrubs. I ordered the Sunshine Ligustrum Shrub × 3 1Gallon. A larger shrub, The others were Quart snd they were fuller than the 1 gallon. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

After waiting for 2 weeks (order was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days). I was told my trees were returned to their property. Money was refunded quickly. However, it have not taken them 2 weeks to find out that they did not deliver my order of 2 trees.
Poor direction, none really, for maintaining tree. Tree arrived bone dry with very little earth in a plastic bag. Would not recommend.
I received my plants in a very sad! Condition and I talked to the employee and they just took it in stride and said there was nothing they could do.
But the next shipment came in and the box was crushed and all of the material out of the containers.
So your company should have a chat with FedEx because their employees are not professional at all.

The tree I had delivered was in terrible health when it got here. Leaves covered in powdery mildew. And some sort of canker looking spots. Not sure what went wrong with that batch but I'm glad I kept it away from my other plants. It died 3 days after showing up. Kept it in full/partial shade until it just died.

Fast Growing Trees has a great site with lots of useful information. They also ship their plants in good containers and they arrive in a reasonable amount of time. We have had mixed results with the health of the trees/shrubs etc. we've ordered. We just got a 7 gallon Bluebird Rose of Sharon Hibiscus Shrub, as well as some Root Rocket Fertilizer, and it's not looking very good so far. We planted it two weeks ago carefully per instructions with really good quality organic soil but it just doesn't seem healthy. We didn't buy the warranty because it adds a fair amount to the purchase price and we have every expectation that plants from this company will be good quality and will last. Not so sure on this one which is really dissapointing.
I ordered a wisteria which arrived with about 3 leaves on it. The company promptly replaced it without my even asking, which was great. I was so disappointed when the second tree arrived, and was in almost the same condition, with a box full of dried leaves, and the branch with the most leaves on it broken. It looks like it went into the box in good condition but was perhaps too long in transit. I was so looking forward to planting a wisteria at my new house.
We purchased two Nellie Stevens trees and were pleased when they arrived in good shape. Both went in the ground according to instructions and seem to be doing fine. They were planted just a few weeks ago so we are eager to see how well they do going forward.
The customer service person was very helpful and walked me through the correct process to re-order a replacement tree

My Monstera deliciosa arrived with yellow, torn and bent leaves. The picture online of course shows the plant as healthy and bountiful. What was delivered was sad and broken.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
