UPDATE: Within a day of posting the review shown below, Fast Growing Trees refunded the FULL Cost to replace the tree. I appreciate that they took the extra step and demonstrated that they do care about their individual customers. I had previously decided not to buy from them again, but after they reached out and reimbursed us for the full cost of the replacement tree, I would be willing to buy from them again.
Very disappointed that I received a tree that died within two weeks of receipt and despite having paid for a 1-year warranty was only reimbursed for the base cost of the tree. To replace the tree cost an extra $60 for fees and shipping. Thought I would be "made whole" since the tree died in such a short period of time. To be fair, if you search on their website, it states shipping and fees are not covered in the warranty, but their advertisement of their warranty is misleading. It should be made more clear, upfront, you will have to pay an additional and substantial out of pocket cost to replace an item that dies.
The box was compromised and the plants squished in the box. They were also dry. Planted and watered immediately and they seem to be ok with some branches broken off.
Of the two plants i received both were in poor condition. Hoping they bounce back.
We had a really amazing experience with fast growing trees. We ordered a tree but after two days it started withering. When contacted fast growing trees, the replaced it and new one is healthy and strong.
My tree arrived. Every leaf had a problem. I called and Sterling helped me right away. A new tree is on its way.

The rose bush had spots on the leaves and some leaves had turned brown and yellow on arrival. It was removed from the box the day it arrived and appeared to have some disease, or insect infestation. It arrived well in the aptly packed container, but did not look healthy. This was the older tree I ordered. I also ordered a one year plant for my daughter at the same time, and hers is in bloom. I did take photos of the bush.

I ordered 3 different types of fig trees. The delivery driver mishandled 1 of them and broke off the top branches of 1 of the trees. I sent pictures and FastGrowingTrees.com immediately replaced it. Don't know how the trees will do yet, but the customer service response to my situation was excellent. (Note: I did notice that the 2nd delivery driver also set the box up on its end, apparently oblivious to the instructions/labels on the box; though fortunately, it didn't hurt it in this case. The instructions may need to be made bigger and bolder to prevent this sort of damage.)

I received all the trees and used Miracle Grow when I planted them the next day. Although Ipaid for fertilizer with the order it was not in the shipment. I still rate the order 4 star because the trees appear to be in good shape.
I received my tree in bad shape. The packaging had come loose and the root ball was exposed. There was also damage to the top of the tree. When I called I got connected with a very sympathetic customer service person right away who quickly agreed the tree was not acceptable. She worked with me on scheduling quick delivery of a new tree which arrived smartly packaged and intact, with beautiful foliage I in great condition. I will be buying again from this company.
I ordered two Royal Empress trees. One was fine in good shape, the other was snapped in half. Customer service was very nice, a replacement was ordered after I sent photos of the damage. The replacement also arrived broken. Once again I sent photos and asked for a refund. A refund of one tree was issued without question.

FGT's customer service is top notch! I let them know that my tree didn't survive and after getting more details, they walked me through what happened and explained how to prevent it from happening again. My replacement tree is on its way and I can't wait for some homegrown avocados!

Within a week of my request, the Fig Tree was in 5 states north and happily received-couldn't have been easier.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
