The ordering process was very smooth. Customer contact was helpful and good experience. But like my review title I am waiting if the tree is going to be ok for planting.(live)
Arrived in a very rough state.

Big healthy trees. Arrived quickly. They were packed well and no branches were broken at all. Im very satisfied and look forward to ordering more fruit trees in Spring.

I sent two items to friends as gifts. The first one arrived broken, late and really small. The company replaced it with a decent tree much fuller healthier. While this was great this is what I should have gotten initially. Now the second plant arrived. It was not what I ordered. When I called they said they didn't have the one I ordered so they took it upon themselves to send a different tree then wanted to charge me at a discount to get a different one. I would have canceled the order completely rather then getting the one they sent.

There isn't any comparison of the value, quality and convenience.

Products smaller than expected some planted well some didn't

FedEx was in possession of our trees for an extended period of time. We are concerned that the trees will not survive.

Trees came packaged well. All appeared healthy except for one that seemed to be a little stressed. Hopefully tlc will help it.

Later arrival meant the tree was drier than desirable with some leaves withered. However, I was impressed by the way it was packed, and hope the tree does well.

Delivery was fast and the trees are in great health.

The trees I purchased were delivered quickly and in great condition. They were packed well, so they hardly moved during transport. The instructions were very helpful and I have referred back to their website to recall mature height and width of trees. A greatly experience from start to finish.

Not sure there is really such a thing; however, our tree arrived in perfect condition. We planted it within 4 days of delivery (only because we were waiting for "root rocket" because I was stupid and did not order it with the tree). We will find out in the coming years.
I live in northern Michigan and our fall colors are fabulous. We sadly lost 2 shade trees this year (not maples) and are looking to replace them.

Had one leaf on it, is a 4. ‘ twig no leaves I hope it grows over the winter. The other trees red twig dogwood and Carolina red bud was great

I purchased a Ruby Red Grapefruit Tree, a Pink Variegated Lemon Bush and a Key Lime Bush in September and another Ruby Red Grapefruit Tree, a Pink Variegated Lemon Tree and a Key Lime Tree in October, all 6 arrived healthy and are showing new growth already. I was a little nervous about transplanting the first 3 but they showed no signs of shock at all.
I will be purchasing the Avocado Pollinator Pack in January and the Mango Kit in February and who knows what else beyond that!

Easy to select what I wanted from the website, arrived carefully packed with clear instructions. The trees are very happy in their new location.

Trees arrived in good shape and ready for planting.

Fast delivery, great shaped 3-4 foot Cherokee Brave Dogwood. The downside was that it arrived with the half the soil spilled out of the pot and dry as a bone. The leaves were wilted. I immediately replaced the spilt soil and watered thoroughly. Next day the leaves perked up a bit and a couple of days later I planted it. It looks like it will survive.

Trees arrived four days after scheduled and were in major shipping distress.
