The plants arrived on time, in good condition and nicely packed. Their site is easy to order from. I was a little disappointed in the size of some of my plants.
They shipped me seven 5-foot trees. They arrived perfectly fine. Look healthy. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's only been two weeks. Only issue is one is little less full and one has little crooked lead branch and that's me nit-picking.
There were a couple of dead leaves in the box and the sticks look dead. I followed the planting directions exactly as written but I am doubtful if the trees will survive. Please confirm if the trees don't make it until spring, I will get a refund.
So far it's been easy to order and clear description.

Ordered 3 trees. Only 1 seemed healthy enough to plant. The rest had black growth at new shoots, severely compacted roots. And dead lower branches. Sent many pics. Customer service horticulturist insisted it was black flag, and harmless. Was given a choice of either paying to ship them back for refund or take a loss and risk of them dying but receive 40% refund. Will not be ordering again.

We ordered a weeping willow and autumn blaze maple for our yard. We wanted both so they could be planted and acclimated before the NE winter. Both trees arrived quickly and it great shape. We are very happy and eager to watch our new trees grow! Thank you!

Purchased 6 trees from Fast Growing Trees in the spring: 2 elberta peach, 2 Chicago fig, a bing cherry, and a tartarian cherry. The 2 peach trees were planted in April and never leafed out. A landscaper checked them out a few days ago (mid October) and confirmed that they were dead. The bing cherry came with leaves that it lost, but he wasn't certain if it was totally dead or not, so we are leaving in place to see if it comes back in the spring. The tartarian cherry held its leaves on most branches, though the main lead appeared to be deadwood. He pruned that in the hopes one of the smaller branches fills in for it. There was an immediately apparent problem with one of the fig trees, so FastGrowingTrees quickly replaced it. Both figs made it into the fall, with one even producing a tiny fig. My rating primarily reflects my disappointment with the peach and bing cherry trees. It may have been too much to expect trees grown in the south to thrive in new england.
There was a small problem with the order, but they corrected it right away. Very very happy with their product and customer service. I would highly recommend this company.
Easy to order! My blueberry bush came damaged and I assumed it would be a hassle to get a replacement, like when dealing with most companies. Not this one! I was sent a new bush immediately and I can't thank the staff enough for such a quick resolution. This is the company you want to deal with.

This is not my first purchase from FastGrowingTrees.com. I placed an order to be delivered as a gift to our former neighbors. The 5-6 ft pink dogwood tree I purchased arrived in perfect condition. Although there was a delivery issue, a call to the customer service department was answered quickly by a customer friendly human! I called back within an hour, and that employee knew why I had called and provided a prompt remedy. The delivery issue was not caused by FastGrowingTrees.com, but they did not hesitate to make sure my gift was delivered promptly. The tree has been planted by the recipients and they are thrilled with the tree. A+++ for customer service. Can't thank you enough.
Selection, purchase and followup were great. Half of the first order died due to FedEx's poor service, but Fast Growing Trees made it right. Definitely will be ordering from again. Would lime to see UPS instead of FedEx though.
Tree was healthy enough but was delivered with it upside down so many of the leaves were damaged. And tree was dislodged and lopsided. I am hoping to nurse it back to health

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
