Great customer service when I had questions about the tree I ordered.

It was easy to order the 14 trees and plants on-line. They were delivered a week later in very good condition. So far all the plants look great!

Frankly I was very disappointed with the quality of the trees I received. The PawPaw was all beat up and looked my dead than alive. The Blueberry tree was dry. Neither tree matched the quality described, especially considering the price of each tree. Frankly I don't think I'll be shopping from FGT again.

The person that assisted me with my purchase was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient.

I recently bought the banana tree and got it planted exactly in the manner suggested by accompanied document. We used the best soil mix, but plant isn't settled and most of the leaves are showing signs weathering out…. Don't know how to recover the plant or will it recover over the time.

I've ordered multiple times from FastGrowingTrees and have never had a problem with either the quality of the trees. The packaging carefully preserves the tree so it arrives in great condition too.

All trees arrived in a timely manner. Advertised as 1 to 2 ft. Trees. Very few even measured 1 ft. Very disappointed with the size…….

Some of the trees arrived parched - it was peak of summer. 3 died but were replaced per the guarantee.

I've always wanted to have a fig tree, as I have good memories of picking delicious fruits from my next-door neighbor's tree growing up. I had no idea there were so many varieties! I selected one that promised sweet and juicy fruits from the site, and the delivery was on-time with healthy product. I immediately got the tree in the ground (with the root solution added), and three weeks later, the tree looks great, no leaves have dropped off. Looking forward to my first harvest!

Sent two e- mails and two more through your site. No one ever responded. Tree arrived damaged.

I'm impressed with how the trees have been cared for, and shaped with an eye toward their optimal future shape. They're in the ground now and I look forward to watching them grow!

I have a wonderful experience talking with their customer service and get to know what tree is good for my apartment. But the shipment of my avocado tree was bad. It was left upside down the whole day. And when I opened the box all the leaves except tree of them fell off the next morning. I still want to purchase from them, but I am afraid I will loose the next tree due to bad shipping method again.

I was impressed with the selection, the packaging, and the quality of the trees. They were a good size for the price too. Hopefully mine live now that I have planted them.

I purchased a Royal Purple Smoketree to replace a purple plum tree that was doing poorly. The Smoketree has similar coloring, but should be hardier and a novelty with its pinkish blooms in the summer.
